Konting background lang po muna, Nasa australia na po kami as family of 3 since 16-August-2022 under Tourist Visa. Then onshore processing na rin po for Student visa. So ang plan kasi namin is dito na mag Apply ng visa 491,189,190 onshore after ma grant ung student visa. So dito na rin ako mag take ulit ng PTE and at the same time dito na rin mag pa skill assessment under EA.
So ngayon nagresign na ako sa trabaho ko sa pinas noong July 2022 so unemployed na ako sa occupation ko. At ngayon bakasyon muna habang naghihintay ng work rights.

no issues dyan. student din ako when I applied for my 491. Na grant naman

Hello po. regarding immiAccount po, meron kasi ako existing immiAccount when I applied for tourist visa 600 previously. Then ngayon po sa invitation ko to apply for visa 189, ang gamit ko na email address when I submitted my EOI is different dun sa email add na ginamit ko for visa 600. pwede ko po ba gamitin yung existing immiAccount ko to apply for visa 189? or proceed nalang ako to create a new immiAccount using the email add na gamit ko sa EOI? Thank you po.

Pag na grant 491, magsusupersede yun sa SV agad so on the day na granted ang 491, unlimited work rights ka na and eligible sa medicare.

DIY ako sa SV at 491. Madali lang kasi case ko, single and no work exp so walang complicated docs. Nasa case kasi yan pag magdadala ka ng depedent etc so think about it carefully.

    Payment evidence:

Taxation Records of Assessment (bearing company and applicant name)

Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, pahingi lang ng suggestion, I entered AU on student visa May 7, nagsubmit ako ng EOI May 8, dun sa usual country of residence ang nilagay ko "Philippines" since I am holding student visa at isang araw palang ako nun sa Australia. Nainvite ako on 189 PTS last October 6, eksaktong 5months na ko halos nun, nagworry ako na they consider me as offshore, I wonder if I should push my application or not kase hindi sya match. I have few options

1 - Lodge my visa and Pray to God. Apat yung natanungan kong migrant lawyer sabi nila proceed with the application Usual Country of Residence can be updated sa visa application and legislatively no basis of refusal. May isa namang migrant lawyer sabi niya it is a mistake but can be subject for deliberation so proceed with application.

2 - Let go of the invite huhuhuhu

3 - Go back to Philippines at maglodge para maging offshore.

    Salamat

You can hire yung isa sa mga migrant lawyer na napagtanungan mo, dahil mas alam nila yung gagawin sa application. Aayang i let go, so ask for a professional

Hello! Thank you o:)

Hi, everyone! Question lang about filling out EOI work experience.

    • If the assessing body says something like this, the entry for my first experience should be Aug 2016 and tagged as related to nomination occupation right?

    • Or do I have to create 2 separate entries for the same work? Another one with my actual employment dates but do not tagged as related to nom. occ?

Hi everyone, silent reader before pero I badly need your advices. I received invitation from Victoria for Visa 190 last Sept 6 and currently kinocompleto na namin lahat ng requirements. One of the requirements is police clearance from Japan para sa hubby ko na nagwork dun for 3 years. Kaso nanghihingi ang Japan embassy ng "letter of request" from Australia na katibayan na required ang police clearance ni hubby. If anyone from here na aware pano makakuha ng "letter of request" na ito, i would really appreciate your inputs po. Also, I am aware na halos 2 months ung iintayin sa pagprocess ng police clearance from Japan, but since 2 months lang ang deadline satin para magsubmit ng visa application upon invitation, okay lang po ba na isubmit ko na ung visa application ko na walang police clearance ni husband? I would love to hear your advices po. Thank you! :'(

    Thank you very much!

Hello po magtatanong sana ako sa mga naka pag lodge na ng Visa under "Employment in nominated occupation"

Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level, immediately before invitation to lodge this application?

Yes po ito kapag working naman sa nominated nomination in the past 8 years. Tama po ba intindi ko.
    Salamat po sa sasagot
