I am in the stage of submitting requirements and one the the recommended documents to submit is Evidence of Family Composition. Does anyone has a sample for this document? rainybrainy Hi, I just did a family composition sketch for my parents using ppt and saved it as pdf. I made a family tree showing that they are my parents and I have 2 other siblings. I included the birth dates (i.e. Full Name and Birth date).
