Private room for a single person only. Male or female. 15 mins bus to CBD. 20 mins walk to Ashfield train station. Double bed. Internet. Shared cooking and washing machine, BBQ. The room has its own bathroom. Gym, swim pool, spa, sauna within a secured complex. Only people with key can enter. Off street parking.
