Question: Steps on Employee Nominated Visa

Hi po! Good Day! Question lang po.

May employer po kasi na willing to sponsor me; however, first time lang nila magsponsor. May idea po ba kayo anong steps and how long will the process be? Or any recommendations?

@boogie789 the employer must be an approved sponsor first before they can nominate you for the job. You can only apply for the visa once your nomination is approved. I am not familiar on the application process oh how to become an approved sponsor. Maybe they can communicate with the Department of Home affairs.
