Most Recommended suburb for Family

Hello All,

Ask lang sana ako ng survey, san pinaka ok na suburb here in NSW.

We are currently renting in Campsie and lease will end in August. I am looking forward sana sa suburb na ok ang environment. Medyo di ko kasi type culture dito sa Campsie. and Also looking for suburb na ok ang school, in terms of teaching, and yung accessibility.

how much po roughly ang cash out if we want to purchase a house? wala pa po kame visa pero para naka plan na. ilang percent po ang downpayment ? and sana po may makasagot which suburbs are recommended 🙂

Hello raiden14, how was your search? Have you come to a conclusion, I will be having a similar situation soon, I am wondering if you can give some advise on best place to stay in NSW. @raiden14 try Carlingford area po, maganda cya and maraming school nearby plus ok ang public transport.

If you're after good public schools, I think: North sydney, Northwest, Carlingford, North Rocks. Medyo mataas lang ang house prices sa mga area na yan compare sa ibang suburbs.
