I am Looking for a flatmate as I have 1 UNFURNISHED bedroom (You will have to bring your own bed and stuff) available (Single Occupancy with built-in wardrobe) in 2 Bedroom apartment in Birch Street Bayswater VIC 3153.

Located in the heart of Bayswater and within walking distance to local shops, public transport, you won't need a car. You'll also enjoy how fresh and modern the apartment is with polished floorboards in the living, open plan kitchen with neutral tones and plenty of storage.
