489 visa holder - Are we exempted from paying travel tax?

Will be moving to Adelaide this coming June. Do we still need to pay the international travel tax at the airport? If not, what is the process of getting an exemption?

@lccnsrsnn Hi! i think kahit PR status upon initial entry to Oz are still entitled to pay travel tax. Only those who are PR returning residents with less than 1 yr stay in PH are exempted. Eto yung nkita kong reference. :-)

I am a nurse with 55 points (age 30, bachelors 15, comp english 10). I'm thinking of taking the PTE again and do the nomination by a state in regional or low population. How did you start to apply for this? we are under Points-Invited pathway right? Thanks
