nandito na ko sa Aus since April 2018 on tourist visa, lumalabas nalang ako ng bansa every 3 months kasi un lang ang allowed. nung nag email yung department nung November sinabi lang na I have to leave the country before they make a decision tapos yun na, nag email na sila nung Dec 3 na approved yung visa

Hi guys, I have been trying to read about this visa.. paano kayo nagsecure ng "proof (such as a letter from the person who will officiate at the wedding) that you will marry your prospective spouse within 9 months of being granted the visa" kung di niyo alam when kayo magaapprovan ng PMV? Thank you.

Hello po, may tanong po ako. Kailangan po ba 'engaged' ang status ninyong dalawa before you apply for PMV 300? In my case po kasi I will be on PR189 or PR190 soon (still waiting for the invite). But I and my girlfriend are not yet engaged. Plan ko po is after receiving the invite, magpropose ako sa kanya and change my status from "never married" to "engaged" sa ImmiAccount and advise CO prior to grant.

One thing that hinders me about this plan is condition 8515 kasi...

Hi. can anybody help me with these concern of mine sa PMV app ko. Im wondering til now receive pa din ung status ng application its almost 10 months na...almost all of my documents as applicant were completed last January 2019. But sa part ng sponsor,we do not attach the form 40SP and form 80 need pa bang i attach un. wala nmn ciang nakalagay dito ..

@errialc yes need niyo i.attach ang Sponsor 40SP form at Form 80 kasi hihingan din kayo ng department niyan kung mag request sila additional info.

Okay lng kung ikaw ang mag fill up ng form as long as tama lahat ng info na nkalagay sa sponsor 40sp form. No need na si sponsor mag pamedical..si applicant lng ang kailangan mag.pamedical.
