Looking for a good suburb in Brisbane

Hi,

I am looking for a house or apartment to move-in in a suburb around 10km-30km from BrisbaneCBD with good public schools and safe environment with nice parks, shopping centres, medical facilities and with a Filipino community.

Appreciate any suggestions.
