@sana_abot_pa2 Just request a COE from your HR based on their own template. just say to your HR that you need the following info on your application like salary details, no. of hours worked per week, status- probationary or permanent. This details can do. As for the JD, just make a one page declaring your job description and print it with the company letterhead and have it signed by your manager or superior. also include the contact number and position of the person who countersigned your JD. hope this helps.

@mkapc Eto po try mo lang. http://www.acpeople.com.au/resume/sample-resume.asp Nakalimutan ko kasi kung saan ko nakita yung mga ibang site for OZ CV format. post ulit ako pag nahanap ko na.. Yung pinasa ko kasi sa EA di naman Oz format nag ok naman sa kanila.

@k_mavs thanks! tanong ko lang tungkol sa PRC Certification. ang meron lang po kasi ako ay yong id ko na expired nung Oct.tas yong certificate na binigay nila dati. Kelangan ko bang magpagawa ulit ng bagong id at kumuha ng iba pang documents sa PRC? o sapat na yong certificate na binigay nila tas yong expired na id?

pagdating sa school records - yong sa college lang naman ang kelangan po di po ba? salamat.

@mkapc Yung sakin kasi nun yung binigay ko lang sa agent ko e yung PRC certificate at PRC Identification w/c is the ID. You also need the PRC rating. Kailangan din nila yun.

So kelangan ko talagang kumuha ng board rating. Hala, pano kaya yon wala pa naman ako sa Pinas. Tapos yong id ko pa expired.

@mkapc nung nagpa assess husband ko sa EA, wala siya pinasa na board rating from PRC pero advise ko lang mag renew ka na muna ng PRC ID mo pwede naman kamag anak ang mag asikaso kung wala ka sa Pinas, authorization lang yata kailangan.
Pwede na PRC certificate and ID ang ipasa mo then samahan mo ng Transcript of Records and Diploma and ung iba png requirements.. goodluck!

@makapc yup sapat na yang documents na meron ka for now, re: TOR at PRC Certificate. That's what i submitted and i got a positive assessment. U don't need to renew the ID if wala ka sa Pinas, but ensure na kapag umuwi ka mag renew ka na, but for now the PRC Certificate is enough. U also don't need to submit ur PRC Result/Rating, lalo na kung mejo mababa ung ratings mo, wag na. makaka pull down lang yan sau. Besides u have ur TOR with u so PRC rating is not at all a requirement. cheers

@unanimous21 thank you so much. So di pala standard na ipasa lahat. TOR and PRC certificate will do. Maraming salamat sa reply. Tinawagan ko pa naman ang PRC sabi 3-5 months ang renewal. Pede daw yong fast id kaso dapat personal daw akong pupunta sa Manila. Pag dito sa iiee ako magpapalakad ng renewal ng id eh it will take months din. Thanks mucho!

(2) Sa mga nagpa-assess lately, gano katagal ng turn-around time ninyo?
(3) Pwede ko ba sabayan yung IELTS result ko? I took the exam lately and my results is up on May 3. Balak ko sana May 3 din matanggap ng EA yung hardcopy ng mga documents ko. Will this matter kung sabay lang siya?

Beware:this is only in my personal experience and personal view and it doesn't mean that it's the same interpretation with the immig. dep't..so research diligently before you applied.

Q:I was asked by engineers Australia or the immig. to submit a detailed resume but my Manager refuse to give the detailed c.o.e but willing to give generic c.o.e( c.o.e which contains your present position only) what would i do
A: Still ask the generic coe and ask the Hr Manager to give you a detailed coe which contains your job description and the position of the HR that sign the coe and the address and the contact number of the HR and in the event that your Hr will not give detailed coe for the reason's that your Manager would not approved it,still ask the generic coe and ask your supervisor or senior supervisor or any senior to you that you will make a detailed resume and he will sign it,testifying the accuracy and truthfullness of your job descriptionand when he sign don't forget to include his position and contact number.

Q: What will i do to the Generic Coe?
A: You can use that as a support to the detailed resume signed by your seniour supervisor.
Q: If my supervisor will sign my detailed coe,do i have to present his salary slip.
A:yup,or nay papers,documents,office memo's that contains his posiiton in the company,in this way you can proved that he is a senior position to you.
Q:It is true the engineers australi or immig will contact the HR.
A: yup,so is it need to inform the HR,your Manager and your supervisor regarding the possible of contacting them by engineers australia or immig.so be sure,give them a copy of the letter that your supervisor signed so that they can answer the question by immig or engineers Australia
-surely,you are shy to give a copy to your manager,well maybe in the hr dep't will work or if the immig will ring them kindly ask your hr to give the phone to your supervisor since he/she the one who knows your job

A: Yup,if you have a office memo that contains your name and posiiotn it's better as a support.
Q:In the absence of the above.is the stat.declaration will work,
A:according to my research b4,it will work but i have no experience with that..

1) I believe being a registered engineer sa pinas will matter, but if your experience is enough to show your competencies in your documents, doon nmn magfocus ang assessment..
2)I submitted my assessment 1st week of Jan 2012, the CO contacted me Feb 1, asking me to resubmit another copy of my transcript.. Feb 23 meron na sila decision.. so less than 7 wks in total..
3) I guess pwde nmn ito.. dahil requirement is for IELTS result to be sent directly from the testing center to EA.

"Applicants must arrange for the IELTS result to be sent directly to Engineers Australia from the test centre. You do not need a Contact ID number (CID) to organise this, the test result will be matched up with your application on arrival."

@mark - yung unang sinubmit ko kasi is photocopy ng red-ribbon/authenticated ng ched/dfa.. then pina-notarized ko.. so sbi nila they need the authenticated daw.
ayaw ko kasing ibigay ung authenticated, ksi un na lang ang copy ko.. haha..
so para wala ng away.. lol.. pinadala ko na ung nag-iisang copy ng authenticated docs ko..

meron nmn akogn mga original.. so i-scan ko na lang at ung ang issusubmit ko sa DIAC..

@markbesana, EA's current processing time is 10 weeks from the date of receipt of your CDR.
In my case, EA received my CDR last Feb.6 then I received the favorable assessment letter last April 17. So it is around 10 weeks.

@markbesana, pde din siguro isabay mo. Kse after two to four weeks bago maprocess ni EA yung CDR mo. Nakaline up palang CDR mo kapag ni request mo to send your IELTS results. By the way, san ka nag exam ng IELTS last Saturday? Nagexam din kc ako last saturday sa IDP.

haha.. eh ksi nga last na copy ko na un.. at wala ako sa pinas.. kaya mahirap magprocess ng papers..

nagsumamo nga ako sbi ko pwede na un.. kasi notarized naman... sbi hindi daw kasi ung authenticated is a copy.. at ung notarized is a copy of the copy..

when i said i submitted the original, i meant ito ung may red ribbon/authenticated..

dont submit the original original....they only need copies na authenticated or notarized..

case to case basis siguro or depende sa dami ng application na natatanggap nila. sa husband ko after 1 month may favorable assessment na.

Malamang nagkasabay tayo. I took it in Makati Shangri-La. Ang daming takers and yung katabi ko she's taking it for Australia too. I hope the results are favorable and sana matapos ko na EA ko on-time before July 1. *fingers crossed*

Hi, am new here sa site, medyo nangangapa pa. My husband who is a mech eng'r is currently collating the requirements needed for EA assessment which will be sent to my cousin there in WA. Ask lang sana ako how long will the process be from the time of submission for assessment until the finish line (hopefully!)? As in we are starting from scratch, hope we could have enlightenment on this. Thanks!!!

@FotsBarbs EA processing time is 8-10weeks from the date of receipt.
