Form 80 Question 35 Have you been to Australia before - Granted work visa but never entered AU.

Hi All,

On question 35, Have you been to Australia before?, I only listed 2 entries (2 short stay visas on 2015 and 2016).

I was granted work visa (Visa 457) but I never entered Australia for that one. Should I still put it on the table given that I never entered AU for that visa?
