475 conditions: live at least 2 yrs in designated area, work full time or 35 hrs a wk for 12 months

yangyangyangyang BunburyPosts: 18Member
I have some questions if anyone knows or have an idea about this, please share. thanks

For this visa what if only the primary applicant comply the 2 yrs condition though secondary applicant had made their first entry and subsequent entries to AU, are (secondary) they still eligible to aply with the primary applicant for PR?

For the 35 hrs a wk , does it have to be successively every wk or can it be accumulated within two years as long it is 12 months in all? does it restricts to fulltime, or part time or can casual be accepted as well?

@yangyang.. Nasama ba ang family m sa sponsorship ng employer sa 457 visa m?? If nasama cla, ok lg ikw muna ang mauna d2. They don't have to comply the 2 yrs in AU, only u as the primary applicant. At pwede clang mag entry sa AU anytime as long na hndi pa expired ang 457 visa m. Cguraduhin m lg sa pag apply m ng PR nandito na cla AU pra nd ka mahirapan.

In regards sa 35hrs/wk I thing u need to comply that. As u have been sponsored by an employer on a 457 visa, ang status ng wrk m sa company ay immediately full time yan. So kylangan m tlga mag wrk sa company na yan ng 35hrs/wk or over.

yes the secondary applicant are still eligible for the next visa 887, Given that they only need to make their initial entry and the must be here in australia once you lodge your next visa 887.

Re: 35 hrs a week, eventhough you have 2-3 jobs as long as it add up to a minimum of 35hrs a week. Can be accumulated to fulfill the 12 months working requirement, and you have 3 years to do that :)

    Hope that helps!

    Hi!

San po mako-confirm if ung meaning ng visa condition na "work full-time for at least 12 months" may mean any number of casual/part-time work that would amount to 38hours/week in 12months' time?

    Salamat po.

ito lang nman ang obligation ng 475 visa:

You and your family must comply with all visa conditions and Australian laws.

If you were nominated for this visa by a state or territory government

You must live, study and work in regional Australia or a low population growth metropolitan area and comply with any residential conditions specified by the state or territory government in your nomination.

If you later apply for a permanent residence Skilled – Regional visa (subclass 887), you will need to prove that you have spent the specified time in that area.

If you were sponsored for this visa by a family member

You must live, study and work in a designated area. If you plan to apply for permanent residence, you will need to prove that you have spent the specified time in that area.

    Meeting these conditions

If you do not comply with the conditions of your visa, your visa, and your family’s visa, may be cancelled.

If your visa is cancelled, you will not be able to apply for a similar visa while you stay in Australia.
