thanks, @cholle. i tried to search for a translator in the Philippines thru the website you provided above but it said No matching practitioners were found :(

i found this by googling, http://www.translator.com.ph/. i don't see if it's accredited or not by NAATI, though.

@redvelvet Anong language written yung original documents nyo? You can check the local embassy kung nagproprovide sila ng translation services.

Tama din si @cholle, if youre outside Oz, pwedeng di NAATI-accredited. Make sure lang na qualified translator yung nagtranslate and hindi lang basta sinong knowledgeable sa language na yun. In our case, written in Japanese mostly yung documents namin so we had to look for a freelance translator. Mahal kasi pag sa translation company talaga pinatranslate; mukhang tinanggap naman nung CO.

Just make sure lang na nakalagay yung Qualifications nya at contact details. Have him/her sign the document too. If may letterhead sya mas ok. HTH

@redvelvet if your diploma is written in Filipino you might want to ask your school registrar if they provide an english version/translation of the diploma. My diploma is in Filipino too and the english translation was provided for by the registrar - sa napakanipis na coupon bond pa nakalagay at parang photocopy lang ang pagkakaprint. It was accepted by ACS and most likely by my CO too (no grant yet so Im not 100% sure na "tanggap" na)

@movingon If you are unable to find certified translator in Philippines, you can go for an online translation agency. I would like to recommend you some certified translation agencies that are NAATI Certified:
    Migration translators,
    Aussie Translations,
    Dammann Translation.
Hope this information will help you.
