3 months waiting for 457 visa

hello guys ask po nmn ...sabi kc ng agent ko backlog daw ung immi ngayun ..3 mnths na cmula nung mag xray med ako then after 3 months ngayun palang i gogo den backlog daw ngayun..may possibilities ba na deny ang visa ko at paabutin pa ng six mnths bago sabihin sakin na deny ang visa ko..

            Sept 13 - IELTS passed(8 overall)
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">April 8, 2013 - Lodged Visa Subclass 573 thru IDP-L1-SVP&nbsp;</span>
        April 15, 2013 - medical exam at NHSI Cebu
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">April 16, 2013 - wife for repeat UA with FBS and creatinine&nbsp;</span>
        April 27, 2013 - medical of son and me forwarded to Global Health(according to NHSI)
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">May 3, 2013 - medical of wife forwarded to GH(according to NHSI)&nbsp;</span>
        May 5, 2013 - DIAC said they are waiting for my wifes health clearance from GH
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">May 30, DIAC said that medical results of wife was referred to MOC&nbsp;</span>
        July 15, 2013, DIAC said that medical clearance received by CO
        <span style="background-color:#00ff00;">July 18, 2013 - DIAC requested for approval for late arrival&nbsp;</span>

    July 23 - grant, July 24 - email received with grant attached

    @anygma yan din tanong ko. hehe. sana kung denied other than health reasons sabihin agad ano. di yung pina hihintay tayo. san po ba ang destination niyo? sabi ni maliboo sadly yun daw talaga yun. hihintayin talaga ang MOC decision sa medical bago i release ang verdict sa visa mo.

    Ang masasabi ko lang you cannot predict kung denied kayo o hindi. Isipin nyo na lang na approved ang visa nyo. Cheers

    ask ko po kung mas latest nakaka recieve ng update ung employer bago dto sa pinas..sabi kc ng kasama ko dun sa aussie may tama daw ung baga ko sabi ng boss nmin ..ng tinanung ku ung agent okay namn daw dto ung result..cnu kaya ang totoo sa kanila

    Hi anygma. 457 visa pa inapply sa iyo? hingin mo sa agent ang TRN ng visa application mo para check mo nalang online ang progress ng application mo. Mabilis lang yung 457 processing, yung sa amin 3 weeks lang although last year pa yun. Natagalan lang siguro sayo dahil sa problema sa xray result mo pero once cleared na yun then mabilis na yung visa grant.
    Kung gusto mo talaga malaman ano status ng xray mo, huwag ka mag rely sa boss mo or sa agent. Email mo direct yung global health at dun ka mag inquire.

    Sana maranasan din namin ung saya ng nararanadan nyo ngaun..

    @Boafan ako rin 457. I just lodged last June 28. Marami yata nag apply before July 1 kaya baka mas matagal ang approval ngayon. Pero baka malapit na yung sa iyo kasi 3 months ka na naghintay.

    @epiboy99 May bad news nga eh. Hindi na tinuloy ng telecom company sa australia pagkuha sa hubby ko and other applicants. Nagkaproblem kasi yung company eh..
    may idea ba kayo kung san pwede magapply online?
