Mate, based on my experience, here are the documents I've submitted and tinanggap naman.
Sinubmit ko lahat to thru online. So scanned lang sya kaya lahat to physically nasakin pa.

-DFA Authenticated docs-
* School Records (Diploma, English Translation of Diploma, Course Syllabus, TOR)

-Certified True Copy-
* Payslips
* COEs
* Resignation Letter
* ITR


-Original Copy-
* Birth Certificates
* IELTS result
* NBI Clearance
* ACS assessment

hoping po ako na maka-submit na ko next week ng ACS requirements ko...
1. Passport - CTC
2. Birth certificate - kelangan ko pa po bang i-submit ang marriage certificate ko?
3.reference letter from previous and present companys
enough na po ba yan?

Hi guys.

I will apply for Visa 476 by January next year. I'm planning to include my girlfriend as a de facto partner.

Quoting immi.au, "If you or any applicants are in a de facto relationship, independent evidence that you have been living in a genuine and continuing relationship for at least 12 months" must be presented.

What are the accepted independent evidences? As of now we have a joint a bank account and a notarized contract for the house we're renting. Would that suffice? Anyone here have the same case as I am? Thanks.
