ung husband ng friend mo na naPR na pwede mo matanong kung anong subclass ang ginamit? un ba ung karugtong ng subclass 496 natin? or ibang sub-class na. hehehhe medyo excited lang na pwede pala ang secondary once maka 1 yr full time employment.

Yup @antbell sana mainvite mo sya dito para matanong natin sya kung papaano magapply and kung anong requirements and kung gaano katagal, mahirap kasi kung abutan tyo ng expiration ng visa tapos babalik pa tyo ng pinas.

any idea how long ang processing kapag nai submit na ang payment para sa ELC?

hi all,
just this morning nag reply na ung AMES sa aussie. Nai send ko na din ang evidence of payment. sana last documents na un. sino sino po ba may checklist ng mga ni require na docs before na grant visa? please share and normally how long of waiting pa kaya ako. super excited na kabado... haizzzz. pero TGIF padin. :-)

@Shirlie kung ano yung nirequest ng co normally yun na yun. Otherwise, pag may prob o kulang baka humingi pa sya ng iba. Kadalasan pag ok na yung medicals and other docs na hiningi nya within 2 weeks may visa grant na. Good luck!

@Shirlie, humingi ba ULIT ng Evidence of English or 1st time na hiningi? Wife ko kasi ang nag-IELTS lang dati at nag-submit ng evidence para saken nung 2007. So when the CO 1st contacted us asking for my evidence and my wife clarified if di pa satisfactory what we already submitted, another CO (in the same Team) replied and said to scrap the message and just submit new biopages of passport, medical and NBI clearances.

Sa mga may mga dates na ng travel to Aus, your inputs naman please. Sabi 40kgs ang mabibigay ng IOM per passenger. Will you bring more and pay excess baggage or just send the same via airfreight/seafreight? Wife ko kasi gusto sana dalhin mga pwedeng dalhin para less na ang need to buy in Aus esp if meron na kami na magagamit like comforter, jackets, etc. Pero so far mga mahal ang nakikita nyang way to send the boxes over.

first time humingi ng evidence and then i've asked my CO and reply is: While the visa you applied for (UZ 496) on 09 July 2007 is no longer offered for new applications, reconciliation with published website information is not possible as content relating to English training and associated charges payable is no longer available on closed subclasses.
as of last fri nai send ko na ung payment evidence so tomorrow one wk na... hopefully last na ung docs na ni request nya and maging OK n sana lahat.

Ah ok. Nag-submit na kasi kami ng "evidence" ko nuon pa (2007) based narin sa advice sa forum na sinalihan ng wife ko dati, wala na yung forum na yun ngayon.

Visa approved last Thurs, 9Jan!

Pero sa notice 17Dec pa sya, nag holiday ata CO ko kaya Jan lang nai email sakin. Pero anyways, at least this is a good start for a new year.

Nasa atin kaba, ako kasi SG kaya medyo naghahabol na sa dami ng things to do. Kelangan pa umuwi satin para sa seminars.

U mean CFO and PDOS. All are required to attend the seminar kasi ung sticker hanapin ng IO sa pinas.
Ung IOM is for a higher baggage allowance

@rolly04 tama ba intindi ko? if family migration, ok lang bumalik yung ibang family members after serving the IED? Sa case namin kasi may wife and kids will go back after the IED then balik sila end of the year in time for the start of the school sa AUS ng January.

Since provisional visa tayo and we'll have to satisfy "at least 2 year residency and at least 1 year employment" before we can apply for PR. Kung sakali ako yung maka-satisfy nun I can just apply for PR and make them as my dependent or lahat ng applicants for PR needs to satisfy the "2years and 1year".

same question as axln, if you are a 190 (state nomination) visa holder pwede bang maka uwi si misis at mga bata after the IED? i hope mayron didtong maka reply. thanks

@jomel oo either yung primary or dependent applicant ang makasatisfy sa requirement for pr, not necessary both primary and dependent. yes, your wife and kids can exit australia after ied.

Dito kami sa pinas. Actually, mahal nga masyado yung sa IOM kung baggage allowance lng. May promo yung last Dec. naka kuha kami. Babalik pa naman yung wife ko and mga bata dito after a month tapos sunod na lang ulit sila sa January 2015. We're planning na ipadala unti-unti mga gamit pag may nakuha na akong sariling bahay sa aus. Nakahiya din kasi sa cousin ko kung bitbit na namin lahat ng gamit baka matambak lang.

pwede naman.. wala nmn nagbabawal na umalis sila after ng IED..

of course ang mga effect nyan is sa pag calculate ng residency requirements for citizenship (at least 2 yrs temp visa + 2 yrs PR visa in AU).

at dapat nasa AU na sila before mag expire ang validity ng visa para pag nag apply ng new visa extension or PR man, eh valid pa rin ang visa in AU..
