For the copy of Diploma, OTR,CoE kailangan na ipapa notarize as certified true copy, is it required to be in colored or ok lang kahit na in black and white yung printout basta notarized and certified as true copy?

Question: Kailangan pa po bang ipa-legalize sa AU embassy yung Statutory Declaration na gagawin sa Singapore? Kailangan din po ba nung Notarial Certificate? Sabi kasi dun sa isang law firm required daw.. yung isa naman hindi daw. Salamat po sa makakasagot.
