Exactly, if meron ka extra money.. then mag-agent para mas sigurado. Unlike some of us na nagtitipid, hehe, we opted to just to do some reading and research on the steps for a visa.

oo nga po eh tenx po sa inyo,.but last question po,.anu po mas maganda ako po ung mag hire ng agent dito po ung jowa ko po na nasa aus??and also po dapat po ba dito po ilolodge ung visa???isa po ung sa kinalilituhan ko eh,.pede po bang sa aus.magpaayos ng visa or need po talaga dito??? senxa n po sa mga question godbless po satin

I guess depende na po sa inyo kung saan mas mura, and mas maganda reputation. Importante naman po kasi is registered sila sa MARA. Yun sa place kung saan ilo-lodge ang visa, I'm not really sure ang natatandaan ko lang important is when the decision is being made, dapat wala ka sa Australia. I'm not really sure kasi since online naman ang application ngayon usually. Kindly check po sa www.immi.gov.au. Under visa options, meron dun series of links eh na nagtatanong if outside or inside Australia ka.

@bryann thanks po ulit suki po,.eheheheh nabasa ko na po un,.i mean po san po mas magandang mag paayos???ung san po mas magandang kumuha ng agent???dito po o doon,.iniisip ko lng po kasi na baka po pag doon kme kumuha ng agent is mapapabilis po ung process or same lang din po ba kung doon or dito yung agent,.thanks po

Tingin ko wala nman po yun kung saan ka nag-lodge. Kasi mo meron priority level of processing per visa type.

Tanong ko lang po sana kung ilang weeks o months po ang standard processing time pra maapproved ang 457 visa after lodgement po?
e2 timeline ko;
feb.03, 2012 - documents lodge and advise for medical
feb.06, 2012 - medical at st. luke clinics
feb.08, 2012 - medical recieved and finalised
after po nyan wala na ako updates...same case kami ng kasama ko pero feb.09, 2012 visa grant na po agad sya...
please enlighten naman po my worries....advise naman po jan....

Agency po kase ang nag process ng visa application namin kaya sa kanila din ako nag rerelay ng info...since ang sabi nila saken antay antay lang daw po....
medyo nagworry lang kase ako dahil yung ksama ko same work expi lang naman kami a day after ng med finalised nya eh visa granted na agad xa...case to case basis po ba kaya yun?

@salbahe26 sa pagkakaalam ko lang po hah,.kasi ung father in law and kua ko po same agency po sila,.mabilis lang na process ung visa nila,.hmmm i think nung ni lodge un mga 3 to 4 mos.lang but after ung father in law ko po is mga 5mos pa before nakaalis kasi that time is a recession period,.tas ung kua ko naman mga 1 and half month pa xa before nakaalis,.kasi nov nagrant na ung visa nia tas jan 26 xa nakaalis,. hope na makatulog po

@mokona14 tnx po...cguro nga case to case basis tlga...tanong ko lang din po every candidate po b iba iba ang CO na naghahandle?
still keeping my fingers cross and hopefully soon maapproved n din visa ko...nakakatense po tlga lalo first time ko po....2weeks na kze nakalipas since na finalised med ko.

@JClem salamat po....anyway follow up nlang po ulet ako sa agency at sila n bhala kumontak sa migration agent n kinuha nila....

may mga case npo b ng 457 visa na nadenied?

Just yesterday afternoon, we received the best email out there, may CO na kami! Yey! <:-P Our God is a god of sweet surprises! I can't thank Him enough for answering our prayer.

Sa mga may COs na or visa grantees na, may questions lang po ako. Sa email ni CO, merong 4 attached files:

1) Request Documents or Info
2) Request for information - Detailed Information
3) Form Character reqs penal clearance certificates
4) Form 1071i Health Requirements(permanent entry)

My questions are:
1) Our online status has changed to ABPF pero sa mga documents "Required" pa din ang nakalagay. Sa email naman ni CO, medical and NBI clearance lang naman ang hinihingi nya based sa file na Request for information - Detailed Information. Does it mean na ok na yung ibang documents namin and medical and NBI na lang ang kulang?

2) Dun sa Request Documents or Info, may ganitong sinulat si CO, "I have begun considering your application for this visa and require additional information or
documents. A summary of the information required for each applicant is provided in the attached Request Checklist. More detailed information about each of the requirements is included in the Request for Information - Detailed Information attachment."

Pero wala naman po syang attachment na Request Checklist. Yun kaya yung nasa online na nakalista na "Document Checklist"? Or nakalimutan lang nya i-attach yung sinasabi nyang checklist?

3) Bakit nga pala sa online checklist, si primary applicant lang may nakalagay na passport number? Si secondary applicant walang passport number. Example:

Person 1 Name: Juan Dela Cruz
Date of birth: 01 January 1880 Passport No: AB1234567

Person 2 Name: Maria Dela Cruz
Date of birth: 01 February 1880

Ganyan din ba sa inyo? Matagal ko na sya napansin, nakalimutan ko lang magtanong agad if ganyan din sa secondary applicants nyo, walang passport number?

Oraayyttt!! Ibig sabihin nasa tail end na ng June ang processing, sana mag pickup ulit ang speed pag naubos ang mga may and june applications! Question - kapag hiningan ka ba ng medical and nbi clearance ibig sabihin ok na yung misubmit mo na docs when you lodged un application - like barring any incident sa medical and police clearance e ok ka na dapat? Or di pa din nila narereview yown?

@itchan, yun din question number 1 ko. Not sure din if ok na lahat ng docs namin. Dun kasi sa online status hindi ni-change to "met" ni CO.

Na-submit na namin lahat nung June pa, as in medicals and NBI na lang hindi pa. Medyo nalito lang kami dun sa email ni CO vs. sa updates online.

@JClem, yup NBI and medical na lang ang kulang nio, ung checklist na un, same sa aken and it seems standard lang ata talaga nila un pero wala namang naka specify. uu, ganun din ung sa amin, chinange lang nila to met nung ma submit na namin ung NBI, pero ok na yan. kasi kapag me kulang naman, sasabihin naman nila. congrats!

awww @JClem congrats! ganyan din ang status ko sa una, Required ang nakalagay under Documents Checklist ko, pero after a day or two, nagchange na to MET for all the documents that I submitted so don't worry.. Kulang na nga lang Medicals and police clearance, lucky for you if you only need to present NBI, because if you worked in US or Singapore for example, the processing time of police clearance is from 1 month to 3 months. NBI can be processed within 1 day if you dont have any records...

Wala din ako ng Required Checklist na attachment na yan so I ignored it na lang kasi sabi dun please refer to the Request for Information - Detailed Information, which only lists Health Requirements and Character Requirement, meaning Medicals and NBI (plus COC from other countries where you stayed) na lang ang additional documents needed.

hanapin mo ang attachment sa ibang email ng CO mo. Yung sakin naka 3 times nag message ang CO same message, pero sa 3rd message nandun ang attachments.

ang advice ko lang, kung may may hindi ka naiintindihan, wag kang matatakot o mahihiyang magtanong sa CO mo, siempre you ask him/her politely Napaka-accommodating naman ng lahat ng CO. Don't forget to express "thank you" or appreciation for every instructions or replies to you. Yung CO ko dati from team 6, ang bilis ng reply every time na may question ako or queries. Sobrang napaka-friendly nya at efficient.

you've reached that far, let me congratulate you for a VISA GRANT very very soon.
