Hindi kami hiningan ng immunization records. D pa kasi namin sya pinapasok sa playschool/childcare, baka pag pinasok na namin sya hingan na pero sa centrelink account ko d na daw need ng immunization records. From sg pala kami galing. So baka alam na nila na immunized na mga bata dun. Not sure. D pa kasi namin pinapasok kasi nagbbantay pa wife ko habng wala work.

Hello hello, para po sa mga nagfile ng online claim for family tax benefits. Pano kayo nagsubmit ng mga original documents for verifications? Did you drop by again sa Centrelink office or did you mailed it to Department of Human Services?

Check ko lang din, visa, tenancy agreement at passport ng children lang ba talaga ang kelangan ipakita for verification? Yun lang kasi ang nakalagay sa letter sakin after ko magfile ng online claim. Thank you ng marami

actually wala din sila binanggit sakin pero nabasa ko lng sa pagclaim ng tax..ok lng pala kahit wala like sa case mo..if u have time ipa upadate mo rin yan para may record na baby mo sa OZ immunization..im from SG too and humingi rin ako ng sumarry sa SG para isubmit dito. kaso lng medyu delayed yung pag update nila.

recvd a letter today asking for estimate of income? sino po may experience dito? ano ba contents ng letter na ganito, pwede lng ba yung kahit anong format..bat kaya sila humingi ng ganun sa akin.

@gmad06 hello!normally kse yung family tax benefit and yung mga benefits na magiging applicable sayo (let's say yung child care benefit and rebate or rental assistance etc) eh dependent sa income ng family so nagtatanong sila ng estimate

@gmad06 by sample na sinasabi mo yun ba yung support for the estimate?i don't think we submitted support. We just wrote yung closest estimate ng income. Naveverify din naman kse nila yun pag nakapagfile ka na for tax.

@gmad06 hmm..nung nagfill up kase kami ng form meron question tungkol sa estimate ng income so sinulat lang namin dun sa form. So I guess walang format yun kse dun sa form blank lang yung nakalagay so pwede na yung ginawa mo. Basta andun yung amount na pwede silang magbase ng ibibigay nila

Nun dumating kasi kami ng oz, july 2 which was start ng financial year. Pabor samin kasi sabi taga centrelink considered 0 income kami kahit na may previous income kami from sg. Pero dont declare 0 kasi baka mareject daw. Ung range ng income to get full amount of family tax is from 0 - 47000 aud yearly. Ideclare nalang daw namin 40k ako then 0aud wife ko. Nagregister kami sa centrelink in person kaya mdami na explain un tga centrelink samin kung anu pwede namin maclaim. Un concession online ko lang din niclaim.

Yung pag submit pala ng documents, kung may online access ka na meron dun

Nareceived na pala namin ung Family Tax Benefits A & B now lang after about 2weeks of lodging my claims. Binigyan din kami ng payment from the day na dumating kami dito, hindi ung kung kelan kami nagpasa ng claim.

Question po pala, meron nakalagay na TOTAL ng regular payments. Ito po ba ay fortnightly or monthly? Fortnightly kasi ung nilagay ko to receive every payment. Kung fortnightly ang payment na ito, wow ang laki din pala.

Yup retro naman un payment. If fortnight un nilagay mo, then 2x ka makakareceive from them every month

Hmm same lang yta. Kasi ako nagregister sa centrelink mismo pero online ako pinagclaim. 35 working days un sa family tax before u get the result.

@rooroo, hhmmm... Hindi po ata samin inabot ng 35 working days before kami nakatanggap ng first payment. Parang 15days lang ata (not 15 working days) nareceived ko na ung payment.

@ten2six, pumunta ako mismo sa centrelink para magregister. Dun din ako binigyan ng CAN/CRN para magamit sa paglog in. Tapos meron sila mga computers dun para pwede kna maglodge ng claims mo. After mo maglodge ng claims, pakita mo lang sa counter ung mga dala mong documents. Hiningi lang sakin ung passport ng anak ko at visa namin pati na rin yung tenancy agreement. After 2weeks lang nakareceived na kaagad kami ng 1st payment, then forthnightly nakakarecieved ulit.

How much nakukuha ny0 for rent assistance?
Matagal nga ang online. Oct 22 ako nagsubmit, til now wala di pa result. Hehe

Kami, went there sa Centrelink noong Nov 7th at binigyan din ako ng printed CRN at CAN at login details. Fill-up ko online lahat ng details (dami kasi) over the weekend at pumunta ako Nov 10 para submit yung documents. Until now (18 days), wala pa update.

How much is the rent assistance pala? Automatic ba yung bibigyan ka ng concession card or apply mo pa yun separately?

hi everyone,

just want to share with you din kung paano ako nag claim ng FTB and rental assistance. nag register and claim ako ng FTB online. after ko ma submit ang claim application may notification na lumabas na i have to fill-up a form and forward it to centrelink. may option dun if you want the form to be mailed to you or you print the form yourself. sa akin naman i opted the form to be mailed nalang para walang ma miss out or maging problema. aside sa form, i need to bring some of the original documents din sa centrelink, like passport, birth certificate, etc. the form arrived 3 days after my claim submission and i need to bring all the documents to centrelink within 10 working days yata if im not mostaken. so they just scanned all the documents and returned to me the originals. a few days after i went there i received a call from them asking for my account details, so when you take your docs there i suggest you ask them if they also need your account details na din para derecho na, as for me medyo hesitant ako mag bigay nun ng account details ko kasi over the phone hiningi and it was saturday pa so very unusual but then nag provide na rin ako since safe lang din naman mag bigay ng account no. and bsb. anyway, monday nun i received the ftb and rental allowance na, so i think mga 15-20 days lang yung processing the ftb. kasama na rin rental, base kasi sa mga details that you provided when you submitted your claim application.

regarding naman sa question about the amounts na matatanggap, i read from their site na the rental allowance depends on how much you pay weekly. the maximum is around $117 fornightly yata if the weekly rental fee is $420 or more, else it will be base on rental fee bracket, pero depende din to sa total income nyo. as for the FTB A, if your total household income if below $60k p.a. makakatanggap kayo ng full amount, else it will be base on income bracket. pag over $120k p.a. na yata total income wala na kayung FTB A na matatanggap. for FTB B, makakatanggap kayo nito if isa lang ang nagwowork sa inyo magasawa. ito yung pagkaka intindi ko, paki correct lng din if mali lalo na ang mga amounts
