@cpa_oct2011 just try to be consistent in the info you provided..nakaitemized naman yata ang work experience mo don sa skills assessment? Tapos wala ka idedeclare don sa EOI..when you apply for the actual visa, tatanungin uli yang work experience mo.

@fgs wala pong work experience kasi nga po education lang po ang assessment ko.. Hehe.. Since hindi namn po ako nagcclaim ng points for work experience.. Hehe

@cpa_oct2011 youre saying wala ka pa work experience or below 3 years na kahit na ilagay mo sa EOI wala din effect sa points? I hope i got it right :-)

@fgs my work experience na po ako more than 3 yrs na hehe.. Ang concern ko lang po kasi is, since I won't be claiming any points from work experience, e oks lng po ba na wala ng info i-disclose sa eoi? (As i've said before..stupid question po talaga.. Hahaha)

Kasi di po ba.. You will only provide info if you are claiming for that points.. And you can support your claim. Hehe

@cpa_oct2011 i see, ikaw pa lang naencounter ko na ayaw ng additional points he he...and to think yang skill mo is sought after sa eoi, mabilis mafillup. The higher the points the better the chances kasi nasa top ka...unless you want na everytime na magfifilup ka ng application form with the info on work experience is at ease ka na maglalagay na NO..ang first question kasi don sa visa application on work experience is..Has the applicant been employed in the past 10 years?

@cpa_oct2011 don sa skills assessment mo wala bang details of work experience even though na yong education lang naging basis? Sa akin kasi nakaitimized yong work experience for the past 10 years...kung wala don, wala naman siguro problema....pero kung ako tatanungin mo, ilalagay ko pa rin kahit na 100 points pa ang total score ko para pagdating ng 1st invitation round sure agad na kasali ako :-)

@cpa_oct2011 nabasa ko lang sa isang site...The date on which an applicant becomes ‘skilled’ may be different from the date that an assessing authority finds that the person meets their requirement for a suitable skills assessment. For example, an assessing authority may issue a suitable skills assessment on the basis of attainment of a tertiary qualification but may require a period of post qualification work experience before considering an applicant ‘skilled’ for the purpose of employment points....Though this is connected with claiming points for work experience, baka pwede sabihin ng CO na di ka skilled sa nominated occupation mo kasi wala ka dineclare na work experience..

This is independent skilled visa dba?. bakit hindi mo ilalagay. And the fact na nagpa skills assessment ka. ano nilagay mo sa skills assessment? ipprovide mo yon sa EOI mo. Kapag positive assessment mo, need mo parin ilagay un dun. Ang weird lang bakit hindi mo ilalagay yon.

@cpa_oct2011, I agree with @J_Oz. The eoi should include your history, whether you are going to use those info for additional points or points or not.

@cpa_oct2011 tama ka na ang ipoprovide mo na documents ay para ijustify yung points na ni-claim mo sa EOI, but it is not about getting 60, 65 or 75 points.

Katulad ng unang sagot ko sau sa other thread na ginawa mo. Pano ka magiging 'Skilled' kung wala kang work experience na ilalagay? Ang Skilled Independent na visa ay hindi para sa mga fresh grad at walang work experience. Kung gusto mo ituloy ung plan mo wag mgdeclare ng work experience, pwede siguro sa ibang visa type.

Kung ang sagot mo sa EOI is NO dun sa question na kung na-employ ka na in the past 10 years. Providing wrong info un, which is ground for refusal of visa kung later on sasabihin mo sa CO na meron kang work experience pag bigla ka niya hinanapan.

Risky yung gagawin mo.. pero kung yan ang gusto mo.. push mo lang yan te.. good luck..

Ang alam ko hindi na kelangan magprovide ng proof.. wala ka nmn ikclaim n points dun..

Yung iba hindi na nilalagay.. pero problem lang pag pinagproduce ka ng Form 80.. dapat walang gap sa history of employment.. lahat ilalagay mo.. at sasabihin mo ung part na unemployed ka..

Congrats! Unang lalabas dyan mag fill up k ng personal information mo and yung magiging account mo sa immi, After payment saka mo p lng ma upload mga documents mo sa immi account mo na yan... what i did i scanned everything save sa isang folder then i uploaded upfront kung may pahabol na docs you can always log on to your immi account then add mo lng, goodluck!
