    Sa unang 5 years dito dadami utang mo pero mababawasan din kapag tumagal. Ang kailangan talaga ay bumili ng house yun ang mas malaki na utang 25 to 35 years to pay. :D sulit naman basta may kahati ka sa pagbayad sa utang ang mahirap kapag single dito. walang kahati sa pagbayad sa mga utang. :D

    Mismo, kaya ako nga eh ang laki ng utang ko na. :D brand new car, bayad ng rent flat studio type, furniture, appliances, Samsung TV, laptop, plano ko mag upgrade bibili ako ng latest ipad at iphone 5c.

    Does not apply to all yan may kahati sa pagbayad ng utang wehehe. Hindi ibig sabihin na may partner may kahati ka na sa utang :p

    Ang safe amount po ay 20k AUD. Ang minimum ay 10k AUD. Kung di talaga kaya ng 10k AUD dapat may kamag-anak o kaibigan kayo na magpapatira sa inyo ng libre.

    Madali lang solusyon dyan - laging magsuot ng sunglasses! Yan ginagawa ko kahit gabi para madali mamboso bwahahaha!
    Anu daw brand ang magandang sunglasses yung di gaaanu nagiiba ang kulay. =))
    Kahit ano basta natatakpan yung gilid para di makita kung asan ka nakatingin. Kahit kasama mo misis mo hindi ka mapipingot sa tenga kasi di alam kung san ka nakatingin bwahahaha

    Lesson learned the hard and expensive way.

    We live in an old building. It was night time, I was cooking something in the oven and on the stove. And we were using lights, the hot water, too. Suddenly, the lights went off. Unit lang namin ang walang electricity. Husband checked the circuit breaker and tried to reset it pero walang nangyari. Had to call for an on call electrician, only for him to spend less than 15 minutes to reset the main circuit breaker of the building. Costed us $110. Ouch.

    Sabi naka limit daw ang usage per unit kasi lumang building so naka set lang to a certain amount lang per household. Ngayon, ayoko nang gumamit ng appliances ng sabay-sabay!

    Ako naman hindi maganda pagka DIY ng pagpalit ng gripo so tumawag na lang ng plumber over the weekend. Gumastos ako ng $300 rounded up.
