Worst Odd jobs you did in Australia

Hi pips curious lang ako if may mga naka experience dito ng worst jobs in Australia? Mind to share lang your experience para ung iba aware of the not so good jobs here in oz just for knowledge hehe.

Ako when I first arrived here may natry akong job ung sa Red cross, I thought it was good kasi your gonna work for a good cause, ung nagdodoor to door tas every sign up you get $100, sounds easy but when I tried it after 1 week wala padin nagsign up bwisit so 1 week ko lang sha triny hehe. May natry din ako ung ngbibigay ng flyer sa houses 1 day ko lang din triny ang layu pala kasi ng mga lalakadin mong houses pero I got paid $80 naman for half a day hehe

    I don't consider it odd but it was very clerical talaga...

    My first job was a part time encoder for a superannuation outsourcing company; work starts at 7AM so I had to wake up at around 530AM just to be at work on time. Winter pa nun so it was hassle!!

    7AM to 12NN, it was pur encoding of checques... I was tempted to quit on my 3rd day but we needed to sustain ourselves so I stayed on.

    Luckily I got an internal transfer after 3 months. It was full-time na, permanent and in line with my experience. :)

    Life is good!!

    Where do you usually look for postings for odd jobs?

    Mine was sa firm directly (a Fortune 500 US firm) - mga odd job ar usually found outside stores, etc.
