Hi, our company is looking to hire IT/helpdesk - fulltime position based in Melbourne CBD.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken english skills - this is mandatory as you will be talking to clients most of the time and will be conducting trainings for clients as well.

Skills needed: PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript and XHTML (some tickets will require a bit of debugging/programming so you need to be familiar with these), Plesk, Cpanel, Windows, OSX, Linux, FTP, IP ranges, subnets, default gateways etc
