    Feb 2013 - Started collecting Vetassess requirements; March 29, 2013 - Lodged for Vetassess skills assessment; June 8, 2013 - took IELTS (BC, UAE); June 14, 2013 - received VETASSESS positive skills assessment; June 21, 2013 - got ielts results OBS 7.0 (l-7.5, r-7, w-7, s-7); June 24, 2013 - submitted EOI; June 27, 2013 - submitted WA state sponsorship application; July 03, 2013 - WA state sponsorship application approved; July 05, 2013 - received from DIAC invitation to lodge; July 14, 2013 - lodge visa application; August 13, 2013 - CO allocated, Team 7 GSM Adelaide; August 20, 2013 - submitted Form 80, NBI, PCC, bank statements for me, hubby and daughter and additional docs for hubby in lieu of Saudi PCC (statutory declaration, exit visa and end of service contract); August 22, 2013 - Medical check done; August 26, 2013 - uploaded hubby's Saudi PCC.... finally!; Sept 27, 2013 - visa grant daw but unofficial, hindi namin alam granted na pala.... long story…; Oct 10, 2013 - when we learned that our case was granted but no official confirmation.; Oct 11, 2013 - Official VISA Grant!     Ano po need dalhin pag kumuha ng nbi clearance?pwede kaya na passport lang?maiden name ko pa kasi yung ibang ids ko eh. Tapos pwede din po kuhaan ng nbi clearance baby namen?passport lang din meron sya eh

    Hi! nag HIT po ako during processing ng NBI clearance for travel abroad. I suspect dahil sa hindi pa ko nakapagbigay ng release letter from DOST. Ask ko lang po kung meron sa inyo same experience (with HIT) at nagpunta sa satellite offices ng NBI other than sa main office.

    @nice_guy sir ano nangyari nung nagka HIT ka sa nbi clearance application? nagiisip kasi ako kung san ok kumuha ng appointment kung sa main or sa satellite office. mas malapit kasi satellite office kaso baka naman mas matagal release pg naHIT.

    @nice_guy @engineer20 hello question po. eto po ang situation ko:

    1. DOST scholar ako pero hindi ko pa tapos yung service obligation na 5 years.
    2. 4 years pa lang naseserve ko and I'm currently employed.
    3. i'm currently applying for visa 189. may eoi na po ako last august
    4. i'm planning to resign and terminate my DOST contract by paying the bond pag na-grant ung visa
    5. kumuha ako ng NBI tapos may HIT ako. sa sept 20 ko daw balikan.

    Makakakuha po kaya ako ng NBI clearance kahit wala pa akong DOST clearance?

    @ohmygirl I don't think makaka hit ka about that. Most hit are only similar names and you have to go back after a week if you have hit. Worst case if may criminal kase which unlikely in your situation. Kahit may loan ka sa bank or may problem ka sa credit cards Hindi ka magkakaHit sa NBI. ONLY CRIMINAL CASE yung hindi ka makakakuha ng clearnce. 99% ng hit is just same name and need one week for further verification. :)

    @ohmygirl ang alam ko lang sa immigration clearance ka lang magkakaproblema at hindi sa pagkuha ng NBI clearance pag di ka pa released ng DOST para sa bond mo.

    @ohmygirl sa visa application mukhang wala kang problema pero sa pagdaan sa immigration kailangan clear yung sa DOST mo.
