@Hunter_08 pero if you want it seamless. then maybe you can start on a clean slate.. submit another eoi, wait for the ITA and apply once you have it.. goodluck sir!

@eujin invited kasi ako ng visa 489 regional state. nag email ako dun sa state na naginvite sakin asking kung pwede ba nag mag create ako ng new EOI tpos e link/invite nila ulit ako using that new EOI pero sabi sa DIBP na daw dapat e contact ko dahil na invite na nila ko.

@Hunter_08 , i see, sorrry sir.. not familiar sa 489, pero if it's the same as 190, you'll get another invite from dibp naman, tama ba? in any case, you can fix your dates by the time you lodge.. goodluck bro..

@eujin yung akin kasi invited na yung EOI ko so hindi ko na ma edit yung EOI information ko.

Yes po.. Kinorrect ko lang sa Visa application na ung maling date na nalagay ko sa EOI since wala namang changes sa points and maglalock naman yung points once you lodge your visa. I think we can inform the CO na lang once assigned. Since hindi ka din naman nag-overclaim ng points.

I think this form is for Visa Application which is once you lodge your visa but guess ko lang po to.

Guys hindi ko sinunod yung MET date ng ACS... ni claim ko lahat ng 12 years experience ko.

@agd working experience ko 2005 - 2017 ang assessment sa akin advance diploma tpos six years yung binawas ng ACS. ang MET date ko June 2011. Pero nilagay ko sa EOI lahat ng experience ko since 2005-2017 relevant.

basta ma prove mo lang na employed ka at ma provide mo like payslip, contract, bank statement sa lahat ng employment na ni claim mo

@glitch88 consulted my sis in law whose an au citizen na, she also advised me to do the same since I have all the required supporting docs na paid naman employment ko and si DIBP naman daw mag-aaward ng points. Still discerning hehe

Guys d ba yun macoconsider as overclaiming and marefuse ka? my case is similar, 2007-2017 pinaassess ko, relevant naman lahat pero yun suitable lang daw na pwede ko maclaim points is from dec 2012 onwards so 5 pts lang yun. so lahat ng work experience ko before dec 2012 di ko nilagay or not relevant. anyway sabi ng agent ko ilalagay naman daw yun rest of employment history during visa application process.

yan din sinabi ng boss ko sa akin kahapon.. pina assess nya ACS ay 9 years..
less 2 years.. so dpat 7 yrs lng relevant..

pero sa EOI, ginawa nya relevant lahat ang 9 years.
assessment sa knya ay 8yrs or more kasi si DIBP nman dw mag decide. ACS requirement nya yun deduction ng years.

nasa sayo naman yun kung kaya mo ma prove na relevant yung skills mo. kng mag claim ka ng points tapos wala ka naman ma ipakita na proof na nag work ka sa company na yun at iba yung ginagawa mo sa ni claim mo. ma over claim ka pag ganun.

yung iba din na sinabi ng acs na diploma yung course mo, pero bachelor yung ni claim mo, over claim din yun.

pano pag walang payslip pero may contract at coe ok lang ba yun?

Nung nagpa-assess din kami sa Respall counted lahat ng work experience but we decided to do it ourselves nalang in the end to save money.

@Hunter_08 pwede din naman income tax or kng meron ka bank statement na nag deposit yung company base sa salary mo sa contract.

yung sa case ko 2008 dalawa lang yung payslip ko may at october lang tpos wala akong income tax na maipakita sa year na yun wala din akong bank statement... tinangap naman

@glitch88 hindi ko na kasi ma recover yung copy ng payslip ko dun sa una kong company e kasi nasira yung laptop ko.. yung ITR naman pwede kaya mag request sa BIR? kaso medyo hassel ata yun.. wala din kasi yung ITR ko.

sa tngin ko nga guys possible nga na hindi sundin ni DIBP yung judgement ni ACS based sa deduction of experience or tngin ko khit nino mang assessing authority ksi nkalagay mismo na:
