Partner Visa - Application Lodged in May 2014

Feel free to post your own timeline/queries/info on this thread if you have lodged a partner visa application this MAY 2014

So my hubby submitted his documents in VIA-Makati last Monday (19 May) at around 9AM. The lady who assisted him checked everything to make sure he has everything in the checklist plus all the other evidence and documents. After around 30 minutes, he is done.

Today, (23 May) we received 2 emails from the immigration:
1) IMMI Acknowledgement of Application Received, which contains just a simple letter of acknowledgment of received application
2) IMMI Acknowledgement of Valid Application Received, which contains:
- More detailed letter of acknowledgement of received application which says application date is 21 MAY
- Health Check Request
- How to Request for NSO Documents

However, there is a mistake with the address indicated on the letter of acknowledgement so we'd need to let them know of this.

Sino pa po ang nag apply ng May or April? Share po kayo ng experience niyo..

Hi Mrs_S Nag apply Ako last April and yung latest doc n hiningi nila sakin ay cenomar and police clearance where I stay for few years...

Guys kelangan ba talagang isend sa Makati Aus Embassy yung pag apply ng application? Hindi ba siya ginagawa online? Chinek ko kasi sa website nila nakalagay .

A fee will be charged for this service in addition to the scheduled fee charged by the Australian Government for all visa applications.

e parang ayoko kasi mas magastos huhuthutan ka pa ng pera e kung online attach ka lang ng attach ng docs then bayad ng application fee. Sino dito online applicants sa Pinas?

@poinsettia9 hello! diba visa grant ka na, ano e a-apply mo? sang website mo to nakuha? based dun sa timeline ng mga June applicants (visa189/190), nag online pa din naman sila... ;-)

Nakuha ko yung info sa Australian embassy sa http://www.philippines.embassy.gov.au/mnla/home.html

Pero siguro nga pwede online. Mas ok yun hehe

Hello @Poinsettia9 nilakad mo ba thru online application ang visa nyo? Just wondering pano yung mga kailangan ng signatures? Iniisip ko kasi mag online nalang din kasi.

@lulu1118 sorry for the late reply. yes pinag online ko si hubby. meron bang kelangan ng signature? kung ganun siguro i-scan na lang yung papers na may signature.

@lulu1118: Hi! Online din yung partner visa application ko. Signature is through Adobe Reader. May signing feature yun. That was what my hubby and I used.

Just upload your documents and if kailangan nila yung Original ng documents they will request so. Most likely they will not request original as long as the documents are certified copy. NSO documents such as birth certificate and cenomar should be requested sa NSO office to be directly sent sa Immigration manila. This way the immigration are confident enough na hindi fake or edited yung mga documents.

May 28 2014 : Prospective Marriage Visa Lodge Online (IMMIACCOUNT)

May 30 2014 : Receive an Acknowledgement from Immigration staing date of Lodgement.
Started to upload documents online
Medical request can be printed with HAP-ID already

June 10 2014 : Fiance went for Medical on a Panel doctor

August 12 2014 : Recieve a letter from Case Officer with request of additional documents
needed within 28 days.
- Birth Certificate and CENOMAR sent directly from NSO to Immigration
manila
- Overseas Police certificate

August 30 2014 : Requested documents sent through email

Sept 01 2014 : Called immigration to speak to case officer and verify if requested
documents received

Sept 25 2014 : WAITING

thanks arsky... kung sakaling married na status namin sa NSO. Pwede na bang mag request agad na ipadala yun sa immigration kahit ala pang signal ng CO? Kasi ala pa din si hubby CO hanggang ngayon. Saka nagpadala ka din ba ng form 80? Yung iba kasi hinihingan daw e.

Ang sabi doon sa website ng australian immigration sa manila is

Clients should only apply for a National Statistic Office (NSO) document, once a visa application has been submitted at the Manila Visa Office, and at the request of a visa processing officer.

This is the same for form 80 ( as per request of the case officer)

This document once a CO is assigned will be requested and kung ano pa kulang sa mga documents that you submitted. Hindi naman matagal mag request ng NSO documents through e-census and it will be delivered sa Australian Immigration Manila in weeks time.

I think they are doing this as standard para easy for them to track the NSO documents coming in their office. This is use also as the first point of contact between the applicant and the Case Officer.

As of August 29 immigration is saying that they are processing documents lodge within July 1st . So kung nag lodge ka ng before July 1st you should have a case officer assigned by now. that is updated once a a month expecting this early October to be updated again and they will say processing up to August 1

kailan ka ba nag lodge online ?

On my case wala naman hinihinge sa akin na form 80.

Stay in touch and keep updating para meron reference or at least an indicator on how our application is progressing.

Hi po.need help po. C partner ko is married sa iba dto sa pinas, separate na cla ni patner ko mga 3yrs but not legally. Anu anu po document ang need nmn i produce pra ma apply ko ng de facto visa c partner?? Madami slamat po.

@arsky ok na, may CO na kami. Nag lodge kami ng Aug 3 so Sept 29 is not bad. Di na kami hiningan ng form 80 yung sa NSO na lang talaga which is expected naman.

@poinsettia9 that was not bad at all. A good sign that your CO is very quick and very efficient. Nauna pa sya sa visa processing yime update nila. Hopefully eh maging mabilis na processing nila ng mga papers.

Hi po mga sirs and maam,
I am planning to apply in AUS immi next year, gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice regarding sa application. Ask ko po sana if you have a Family ok lang ba na ako muna ang mag apply tapos kapag sakaling palarin sa AUS ko na ayusin ang application ng family members ko? Hoping to get your advice po. Maraming salamat mga sirs.

Hi Johann329 definetely you can do apply first and once you got a stable job and a roof (just rented dwelling is ok) for your family you can apply for a spouse visa.

There are several factors that you need to consider on choosing to include or not to include your family in lodging a visa they have advantages and disadvantages. It can depend on what visa are you applying? You have to consider the cost, time , and if your applying for skilled visa sometimes it is helpfull if you lodge it with your partner included already as his/her qualification can have more points.

Guys I'm trying to request CENOMAR/CEMAR sa NSO online. Kaso may tinatanong na file reference number? Nalilito ako ano bang number ita type ko?

Hi,

I got confused with this one as well as the Application has 4 different number

- Application ID
- Client ID
- Transaction Reference Number
- File Number

I use File Number just because of the word (file) ... Mine got delivered and received with no problem

@arsky Actually yung file number din una kong naisip e. Kaso yung nagre request kami online masyadong mahaba yung number hindi na kumasya so I just used the TRN. Inisip ko na lang magi gets pa din naman nila yun.
