may follow up questions ako:
1. paano nyo nasimulan lahat lahat?...documents muna lahat then payment na?
2. about sa mga documents, mga ilang pages po ba dapat?...sa mga bills and statement of accounts, ilang pages or ilang months, or ilang years dapat?...original AND CERT TRUE COPIES ba ang need?
3. Ang sa pictures, ilan po kelangan?...like 3 yrs kme together and puro pinas travel lang kme...
4. lahat ba to compiled with pages and summary/index?...then ito ang submittee proof?

Thanks talaga...napag usapan (and honestly napag awayan) na namin kagabi na hndi na kme mag -a-agent ni misis...and lahat lahat biglang kapa sa dilim...i will need your advise DESPERATELY...heheh


about naman sa job hunting, kuha ka ng certifications (mura naman ang ibang online cert.) habang wala pang job...makakadagdag din to sa mga qualifications mo...make sure lagay mo mga cert. mo sa resume mo when applying... like RSA cert. no. etc...and tawagan mo ang agent/job na inapplyan mo tomake them know you ARE intereseted to work asap. okies?

About ur question.
On no.1, kapag nag-upload kna ng mga documents mo online, kasunod na bayad dun. Do not worry kung may kulang ka sa requirement, co will email u kung anu pa ang need mo isatisfy n mga requirement. Then upload lng ulit ung kung nagather mo n ung kulang. Anyway, once mag-upload kna ng mga documents mo makikita mo naman dun kung ano pa ang ang pede mo iupload. Lahat ay self explanatory lng kayag kaya ng utak natin at hindi na need ng agent.

On no.2, since upload lang ang lahat ng documents, hnd n need iupload and originals. Ipaphotocopy mo, then pacertify true copy mo sa atty then ang iaupload mo eh ung mga certified copy. Lahat ng documents dapat certified true copy. In terms of common bills, rental receipt lng ang naipakita namin. And okay na un sa c.o ko since wla nmn sya angal. Jijiji. I uploaded at least 6 months rental receipt, dpat indicated both name nyo. Then ulit, photocopy, ctc, and upload the ctc.

On no. 3, kht ganu karami. Basta lahat ng pics n isusubmit mo eh under 1 doc.file lng. Lagyan mo din ng mga sweetness caption. Jijiji. Like, "this picture was taken when she first gave me a tagos-sa-pusong kiss!" Jijiji, sample lng yan. Cgro give at least 10 pics all with captions. Maglagay ka din ng pics na from skype at kunwari kasma nyo sa pic na un ung mga friends nyo who know ur rel. It does not matter kung may travel kau o wala. Pics are enough proof. Wala aq sinend n kht ano tungkol sa travel namin kc wla nmn kmi nun. Jijiji.

On no.4, hnd ko maintindihan ang tanong mo. Jijiji. Honestly.
Feeling ko eto ung sagot, pero evidence lagyan nyo ng title.
For example, under evidence of financial chinay...
Parang gumagawa lng kau ng high school proj n ung 1st page eh ung title.
Basta per evidence eh isang doc.file/pdf.file. at kasama ung title sa doc o pdf n un.
Gaya ng sb ko once naguupload kna ng file, mkkt mo dun ung ibatbang klaseng evidence, at kung san under na evidence ung iuupload mo.

At gya ulit ng sb ko, kung hnd ka confident sa status n single n nilagay mo. Still giv it a try. Kc ung totoo, ung mga agent n yan ngbbsa lng din sa internet yan. Akala nila hindi ntn kaya intindihin. At ung totoo, pgkakakitaan lng nila tau. Sa tingin ko, ung case officer na maaallocate sau, sya ung pwede mong tanungin jan. Anyway, sya p din nmn mgdedecide db. Pro feeling ko hnd nmn cla gnun kahigpit.

everything is online. wala nakong pinuntahang Oz missionary office!!!
kasi ang application ng visa, ng any kinds of visa eh either online o ung traditional na u need to go sa australian embassy. same lang naman sila, mas mabilis lang online. the process of applying online including sending requirements, sending additional requirements, follow ups and correspondence with case officers will be done electronically.

@seestra yes, there is a format given by the DIBP. I guess you guys are already in Oz? The form is available for download at their website.

Hello!!! my partner and I are coming from SG, we'll be in melbourne by the 1st week of July. Gaya nyo, de facto same sex din kme! We followed everything in the list that @happyinmelbourne34 shared. Pati phone bills ko showing the number of calls made in a day sa pinas when she was there pa, screen shots ng chat messages sa Skype and yahoo. Travels together, plane tix and photos with our families. Need lahat ng small details para maprove ung relationship.

Oh I see. As far as I understand it, the stat.dec is for people already in Oz. Otherwise, affidavit or sworn statement is more recognized. Just my two cents.

@jenipet20 I believe so yes. It's required that it should be a legal document. Have all statements notarized.

Ung affidavit na gagawin mo may format un. Un ung standard na affidavit o sworn statement. Usually, lawyer office dapat ggwa nyan, pero to make life easier tau ang ggwa at inonotarise nlng nila. Pwede ka mgsearch d2 sa net ng sample philippine affidavit. Need mo malaman ung format kc may part dun n mga sentences na need nandun. Hindi na need ng witness. Kung may email ad ka send ko sau ung sample.

@markier87 i applied for partner visa pero I also submitted pictures and emails. When I submitted mine (eg. pictures, emails, phone logs, bank statements, and bank certificate) hindi ko siya pinanotarized. Hindi naman naquestion nung case officer.

@markier87 kung wala ka naman masyadong complications normally you can do without agent. Very straightforward naman yung checklist nila tsaka when you attach lang yung mga necessary documents na hinihingi nila pwede na yun goodluck sa application mo oh by the way meron ka bang partner migration booklet?meron portion dun regarding defacto so yung mga hihingin nila stated dun. Handy na mabasa mo siya.
