Form 180 and CO allocation question

Hi. Decided to post my question here hoping you guys can help me:
-I uploaded our Form 80 two weeks ago and right now (for almost 2 weeks na), there are 2 entries for the said doc in the uploaded documents list, one with a status of "Received" and the other is "Requested". This is the same case with my wife. Is there anything else we need to do or I'll just leave it as is?
-Our application is now on its 11th week but still no CO is assigned to our application. Is this normal?
-How would we know a CO is assigned to us? Makakareceive ba kami ng email? Will that email appear in the correspondence list in my account in the portal? Worried lang kasi ako na mapunta sa spam folder yong email and di ko manotice agad.

@Naruto brad good day... CO allocation is through email, merong mag eemail na magpapakilala as the CO and the team assigned to review your docs... di lng ako sure sa correspondence list if CO allocation appears there kase yung ibang direct grant na walang CO, dun nila na verify sa immi account eh...

sa uploaded docs, may received naman yung isa so it's good... meron din akong na upload twice na isang doc lng... pero pareho namang received yung dalawa, anayway, as long as may received na yung isa, then i see no problem.

Salamat. Akala ko kasi may problema sa form 80 ko. Halos magkasabay pala tayo. May 13 ako nag-file ng visa application. Nagtataka lang ako bakit umabot ng 11 weeks. Pwede balitaan mo ko kung may CO ka na? Thanks.

@Naruto - Pre, kamusta? May balita ba sa CO Allocation mo this week?

Kinakabahan na ako now, since pareho tayo ng job code. Baka abutin rin ako ng matagal bago ma-allocate-an ng CO.

Tinignan ko yung Visa Tracker Excel sheet natin at meron doong 261313 rin ang job code, pero within 35 days lang ay may CO na. Meron ding isa na 261313 na nag-lodge nung May 21 at may CO na rin after 23 days.

As of now, waiting pa rin ako sa CO, more than 30 days na ako naghihintay since June . 65 points yung sa EOI ko, sa inyo ba pre? Baka kasi dahil marami nang na-grant-an na Software Engineer, or baka dahil sa points.

@retake, wala pa rin. Actually nagtataka nga ako bakit ang tagal. Hindi naman siguro dahil wala pa kaming medical.

60pts ako. May cap pa ba per job code? Di ba sa EOI selection lang yon. Pag visa processing na dapat regardless of job code na.

@Naruto - think positive nalang tsong. Baka pwede rin natin i-ask yung nasa DIBP?

Nagbabasa rin ako ng ilang forums at meron ding cases na matagal na-a-allocate-an ng CO dahil sa points. Usually, 261313 ang kadalasang ina-applyan ng mga anaps, kaya marahil inu-una muna nila yung may higher points. Nevertheless, mag-tanong tanong rin tayo ng ibang ka-jobcode natin.

Eto pala yung tracking sheet ng grupo for visa, try natin tanungin yung ibang 261313 applicants. Walang naka indicate na EOI points rito, so mag-add nalang tayo new column. Try ko mag- back read dito sa forum para sa EOI points nila:
