In case someone is interested. I am currently renting a place here in Payneham South. 15 minutes by bus to CBD. 2 bedroom house. I am willing to share the cost of the rent etc. The rent is 280 weekly. That makes 140 each for the rent weekly plus electricity and internet. WATER IS FREE!!!

yung rent pala 150 a week na sya. inclusive lahat. nagtaas na kasi rent ng landlord
