Hi everybody!

Just wanted to ask advice about plans I have to be able to live in Aussie in the future. Since my work experience as a Chem Engr. is not in the same field for the whole 3 years experience i had, I am considering to take some program in Oz. Is it possible for me to find a work which will sponsor my work visa after finishing a certificate? or would it be better to take a masters (i.e. engg mgt) or perhaps a diploma? Your response/s will be of great help guys! Thanks in advance.

@Kate_OZ2015 hi sis/bro, mas maganda daw chances pag bachelor/masters, kasi after you graduate there is still the graduate visa which will fortunately give you time to land you a job that can sponsor you and stay ng mas matagal sa Au. pag certificate kasi ilang weeks of study lang iyon which will not guarantee that you can find a job agad agad.

Timeline: Student Visa Subclass 573 (Masters)
    06 July 2015: Visa Grant
    April 2018: Uni Graduation

Timeline: Permanent Visa (189) Accountant 221111
    18 April 2018: ITA received - Visa 189
    04 May 2018 : Lodged Visa Application - Visa 189
29 Aug 2018 - First CO Contact - PCC Qatar (partner)
    9 Jan 2019 - 2nd CO Contact - penal waiver
18 Jan 2019 - Updated immiaccount with penal waiver
    29 Jan 2019 - Forwarded PCC to gsm.allocated email
    8 Feb 2019 - Visa Grant - Finally!!

    Timeline: Citizenship
    July 2020: Application lodgment
    May 2021: Citizenship Exam
Feb 2022: Oi! Oi! Oi! Aussie na din sa wakas!

@Kate_OZ2015 yep, 5 points din ata iyon basta complete mo iyong Australian Study Requirement, which is 2 years or 92 weeks.

@Kate_OZ2015 i believe malaki din chances natin makapaghanap ng work after our study. madami naman sila graduate training programs, if lucky may chances na maabsorb ng company. think positive! :)

makita mo dyan na ang australian study requirement which is for 2 years (less than 2 years would not be sufficient) is equivalent to 5 migration points
