Married applicant for PR visa, but planning to apply alone. Is it possible?

jench_nuarinjench_nuarin MandaluyongPosts: 3Member
Married po ako with two kids. I'm planning to apply for PR visa to Australia, i already have my skill pre-assessed and the result is 65 points. Possible po b na single application lng gawin ko for now? Then after ako makapag adjust sa Australia, apply ko ung family ko for the visa para makapunta sila. Possible po b ito? Thanks in advance.

Question is, how long do you think is your adjustment period?

@Sup3RThr33 per member na ang bayad ngayon... 3520(Primary), 1760(age 18+), 880(under 18). bale in his case 7040AUD assuming that two kids are below 18.

@jench_nuarin very possible po, you can include them in your application and mark them as non-migrating family member.

So if you've already adjusted and decided to get your family, pwede kang dumaan ng Partner visa which will cost you 3085(primary- your partner), and 770x2=1540. total = 4625.

@jench_nuarin isama niyo po ang family niyo sa visa application. tapos mag initial entry lang muna kayo and balik muna sila ng Pinas then pag settled ka na balik na sila Australia. Mas madali yun kesa ikaw lang muna mag aapply tapos chaka mo pa pprocess ang papers nila. Waste of time po yun at I think tatanungin din ng CO bakit d mo isasama ang family mo. Immediate pa naman.

@jench_nuarin, apply mo lang, kasama sila. Mag initial entry lang to activate the visa, and then uwi muna sila. Pag settled ka na, tsaka na sila sumunod sa iyo permanently.
Pag ikaw lang, tapos sila after, magulo, tsaka mas mahal pa kasi uulit ka ng pag process ng papers. :)

My brother is doing the same. He will be applying alone then pag medyo ok na dito sa Aus, he will be sponsoring his wife. The main reason is the cost. Pag 2 kase sila, times two rin ung fees - assessment, IELTS and visa fee. Ang mahalaga makapunta na sya dito as PR.

Mas cheaper kung sabay actually. wife is only 50% of visa fees. No need for ielts sa wife only english certifications and also no assessment. Medical lang cguro and NBI fees. roughly around additional 70-80k pesos.

Hello PinoyAu Kapamilyas. Ganito kasi situation ko, I need your advice.

June2009: Lodged Skilled Independent Visa (single pa ako). IT System Analyst ang skill ko.
Dec2013: Reply from Embassy thru my agent asking to update my medical, docs, etc........ ( Yes, ganyan katagal bago ako nakakuha ng reply sa kanila. So by Dec2013, I'm already married with 1 kid).
Feb2014: My migration agent has expired license so he said he can't represent me anymore. So I submitted a Withdrawal of Agent form 956/956A so embassy can communicate with me directly.
March2014 onwards: Update of ddocuments, pass my spouse and kid's passport and required medical checkups, .....
Oct2014: PR visa grant. Finally after 5 YEARS!!!!

Here's the thing, along with my grant is another letter saying Embassy acknowledged the "withdrawal of application' of my son's visa last Feb2014. My husband's visa is stil in processing status. Every week since Oct8, nag-e-email ako ng followup sa Embassy that I NEVER SUBMITTED a withdrawal of application for my son. I never got a feedback from them kahit using reply land un sa mismong email nun agent na nagbigay sa akin ng approval.

Any advice on what steps to take next?
