Madami nmn resto pricey lng. Tpos di ganun ka sarap tulad ng pinanggalingan namin. Our favourite so far Nandos haha at buffet ng mindil beach

Transpo, may bus. Wala trapik.
Malls wala masyado.

Dami Park, free yung sa leanyer swimming parang splash island.

Lifestyle is laid back which we like.

My timeline sa signature ko. 6 month waiting sa NT application approval. After approval, 1 week may ITA na ako. Then 3 Months waiting for visa grant. After ITA nag agent ako for visa lodge just to ensure tama mga supporting docs ko at less hassle, wla na ako time kasi na busy sa work. Agent ko si @RheaMARN1171933.

Nominated occupation ko is 249311 (teacher of English To Speakers of Other Languages).may positive skills assessment din ako sa 241411 (Secondary School Teacher). Mas mataas lang points ko sa 249311 kasi may additional 5 points ako sa wife ko , positive skills assessment siya sa 311215 (Pharmacy Technician). Antay lang kami ITA, baka sa June.may time naman kami mag-antay hehe. Update update tayo at pakibalitaan kami ano buhay dun kapag andun ka na:-) God bless.

Nominated occupation ko is 249311 (teacher of English To Speakers of Other Languages).may positive skills assessment din ako sa 241411 (Secondary School Teacher). Mas mataas lang points ko sa 249311 kasi may additional 5 points ako sa wife ko , positive skills assessment siya sa 311215 (Pharmacy Technician). Antay lang kami ITA, baka sa June.may time naman kami mag-antay hehe. Update update tayo at pakibalitaan kami ano buhay dun kapag andun ka na:-) God bless.

Goodluck sa application mo. My wife by the way is a teacher din. Ndi nya nakuha ng 1st take ung IELTS score sa AITSL.

We are planning to move on May 2020 sa Darwin. Balitaan na lang tayo.

How much kuha mo? Ilang mileage?

Mukhang magToyota na din muna ako siguro, since reliable tlaga Toyota kung long yrs of usage usapan.

Pero dream car ko is Mazda cX-5 na Red Soul Crystal. Probably kapag PR na tayo.

Here sa Qatar, Tucson 2016 gamit ko. Ok naman, never had an issue. Eto nga ibbenta ko ng bagsak presyo.

Tuloy mo na pag-vlog mo. Panoorin namin. Hehe!

Mahal magbuntis and manganak dyan no while naka 489 pa lang tayo?

Gusto na namin sana kasi ding magfamily. Mag34 nankasi si wifey.

For sure mainvite ka nyan, coz ang konti ng teachers na nakakaapsok sa Australia in general. Ielts lang kasi sa inyo puede and mataas ung score and hirap kunin ng iba ung 8, 8, 7, 7.

489 visa ako. Granted Nov. 18, 2019. 4 yrs validity nya and start sya from the day it was granted.

After 2 yrs of stay and 1 yr full time job, ill apply na for 887 PR Visa. .

Bsta sundin mo lang ung req. Ng NT including that asset declaration.

Once lang nila icheck yan. Puede mo include lahat ng properties mo as long na nakapangalan sya sa main applicant

Im not sure lang sa 491 visa. Ndi nako kasi nagbbasa na after ng grant. Pero yes, yan ung dating 489. 1 difference is ung no.of years nga. Smin 4 yrs, 491 is 5 years.

Hello, @FearFactory_17, are you in the NT already? kumusta po jan? makikibalita while waiting for our grant. lodged our 491 visa on June 3, 2020. biometrics na lang ang kulang, waiting for the re-opening of VFS Global here in Singapore.

Hi Everyone! will be moving soon sa Darwin. Im so excited to meet new friends as in wala akong kilala jan. I am waiting for my approval para sa 482 visa (Employer Sponsored). May may reliable ba na bilihan ng sasakyan na mura? or mas ok ba un thru financing na lang ? How about if magrent ako ng studio apartment, may mga documentations needed ba? TIA.

489 visa ako. Granted Nov. 18, 2019. 4 yrs validity nya and start sya from the day it was granted.

After 2 yrs of stay and 1 yr full time job, ill apply na for 887 PR Visa. .

Bsta sundin mo lang ung req. Ng NT including that asset declaration.

Once lang nila icheck yan. Puede mo include lahat ng properties mo as long na nakapangalan sya sa main applicant

Im not sure lang sa 491 visa. Ndi nako kasi nagbbasa na after ng grant. Pero yes, yan ung dating 489. 1 difference is ung no.of years nga. Smin 4 yrs, 491 is 5 years.

Wala pa. June 2020 sana planned move namin, but because of COVID nagka travel ban. So were waiting na ma-lift sya. Chillax lang while waiting.

Nominated occupation ko is 249311 (teacher of English To Speakers of Other Languages).may positive skills assessment din ako sa 241411 (Secondary School Teacher). Mas mataas lang points ko sa 249311 kasi may additional 5 points ako sa wife ko , positive skills assessment siya sa 311215 (Pharmacy Technician). Antay lang kami ITA, baka sa June.may time naman kami mag-antay hehe. Update update tayo at pakibalitaan kami ano buhay dun kapag andun ka na:-) God bless.

We are planning to move on May 2020 sa Darwin. Balitaan na lang tayo.

Once u received the NT sponsorship, madali na visa app. 3months lang din inabot sakin noon. Same din gnwa ko like Batman. Kumuha nako ng agent based sakin sa Aus for the visa processing. To make sure na walang sabit.

For sure mainvite ka nyan, coz ang konti ng teachers na nakakaapsok sa Australia in general. Ielts lang kasi sa inyo puede and mataas ung score and hirap kunin ng iba ung 8, 8, 7, 7.

nga pala, may idea ka ba kung un approval ng visa if depende sa state? mas mabilis pa tlga pag NT lalo na ngayon na normal na kayo jan unlike here sa victoria? been waiting for my 482 approval kase. thanks sa reply.
