Moving to Perth. Questions on affordable house rental places near city, good school.. etc...HELP

Hello  My husband gets to land a job in WA and we are planning for a big move to Perth in a month. As we have very little or no knowledge of what it’s like in Perth, we’d like to ask for suggestions / opinion through this forum about these things:

1. Which suburb do we start looking if we are after affordable rentals (we are family of 5 and is looking to have at least 3 bedroom with price range 300-400 max). Within good primary (private or public) school, and near Perth CBD.

2. Cheap Relocation / Mover company from Darwin to Perth.

3. Cheap option to ship car to Perth. Has anyone tried sending car by train? (just read in other site's forum that its possible and cheaper, anyone who tried it?

Hi!You can try maylands,bayswater,ashfield,bassendean,morley.still depends on where the husbands work is.Sanay kc ko sa mga lugar na to.try belmont,canningvale,my lawley or further.tc!

Nakow fifo pala.. So dapat malapit sa airport..

Check mo googlemaps.. Check perth airport.. Then start from there..

Then try mo gumtree.. Check mo mga area suggested above.. Filter to check magkano range ng houses for rent..
