    @viannej08 - hello po, you can try to search for schools po tapos check nyo na lang po ung requirements. I emailed some schools asking questions at nagrereply naman sila. I am somehow familiar with Kindergarten requirements kase K na anak ko pagpasok dun, but for 11yrs, i don't know po if same lang sila ng requirements.

    @glaiza1210 - hello po, usually for public schools eto ung mga kailangan nila...
    For your appointment, if your child has not been previously enrolled in a NSW public school, you will need to bring these documents with you:

    your child's birth certificate or identity documents
    proof of student's address - originals of different documents such as your council rates notice or residential lease and electricity bill
    Immunisation history statement based on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR)
    family law or other relevant court orders (if applicable).

    for Catholic schools naman po for example, they have additional requirements such as baptismal cert, at marriage cert ng parents...

    ung halos yan po ung requirements... you can check po ung school na gusto nyo, then you can also email them.

    as of June 2012 po, hindi na nag visa lable..
    pero you can inquire with them dahil Feb 2012 pa na grant ang visa mo..

    visa lable first, then CFO sticker...
    alam nmn nila sa CFO na as of June 2012, wala ng visa label.. you can just show your grant letter.. but to be sure inquire about your specific case..

    pirated media on your external hdd - do not risk it. random ang checking.
    meron daw pinoy na nakulong sa perth, yung hdd nya may child porn. hanggang ngayon nakakulong pa din. tsk tsk. sabi nung pinoy di daw sa kanya yung content, pero sa kanya yung external hdd.

    do not bring food - may pinakitang video tungkol sa isang lebanese na lola, di talaga pinayagang dalhin sa australia yung food na dala nya. rami pa naman. iwasan mag dala ng food.

    meron ding mga video ng mga pinoy na matagal na dun. sabi nung mga pinoy sa video, malungkot daw talaga sa simula, etc.

    yung iba nakalimutan ko na eh hehe

    For those taking maintenance meds or may med condition, kuha kayo ng referral sa doctor nyo para ma-establish agad ni Oz doctor ang history at mas madali kayong mabibigyan nang script.

    No need magbaon nang maraning meds, malamang kasi mas mura naman sa Oz.

    Another tip, bawal din ang goldilock's polvoron. Though we were lucky dahil 2 kids ang dala namin + over over na bagage, di na kami ininspection. Pinalusot na lang kami without our bags going under the scanner - ang result nakakain kami dito sa Au ng polvoron he he.
