ako sa paralowie. we live on a quiet street, too quiet sometimes. all amenities are close enough for a quick drive. 20 min drive to work, 30 min to the nearest beach and 40 min to the city. so far it is really working for us.

sa realestate.com.au yung price range ng 2 bedroom is from $190 to $295 and that includes surrounding suburbs.

Sa Campbelltown kami ngayon. Love Campbelltown and its surrounding suburbs (Newton, Rostrevor, Hectorville, Athelstone, Paradise)! Sobrang daming parks (Thondorn Park ang pinaka-famous) with free bbq facilities. Instant venue for small get together! Marami rin playgrounds na nagkalat with free gym equipment and tennis courts! Dominated by Italians ang Campbelltown area pero medyo lumalaki na rin ang Pinoy community Pinoy ang parish priest sa St. Francis of Assisi Churh Newton so napapansin ko rin na marami na rin na mga Pinoy na dumadayo dun para lang magsimba. May reputation sya na low crime rate/very quiet & safe neighborhood and heaps of good schools due to its location (Northeast of ADL CBD)... Marami din shops and cafes nearby at super lapit nya sa O-bahn interchange so ang travel time to CBD is just under 10 minutes if taking the public transport. May kamahalan ang houses (if you're thinking of renting or buying)...but i think that's because of it's location. Every last Sat of the month meron silang shed sale where you can buy second hand furnitures at very affordable prices... Marami rin "mayayaman" sa area na nagtatapon lang ng furnitures sa labas ng house nila dahil lang gusto nila magpalit kaya it is possible for you to get a $500 barbie or a glass dining table for FREE....

We live in Maylands. So far, okay naman. very close to the city and nakazone sa magandang primary schools.
