Looking for tenants for our house in Campbelltown SA

Hi guys! We're looking for tenants for our house in Campbelltown SA. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 T&B and is located just 8 KM away from the CBD. It is close to schools, shops, transport, church, parks, the Paradise O-Bahn Interchange and the Campbelltown Public Library.

    ganda. malaki, 3BR at 2 bath. medyo masyado lang malaki sa pamilya ko (family of 3 lang kami tapos 8 year old lang yung anak ko) at over the budget na yung 320. wala bang 2 BR lang na about 200~250PW? June dating naming pamilya. Baka may kakilala ka na merong 2BR or kahit 1 BR lang..?

    @rareking naku wala po eh. you can check realestate.com.au or domain.com.au for 2br/1br properties. you can always share the house with another fellow migrant para hindi masyadong mabigat if you're open to that.

    Maraming good schools (both public and private), child care centres, parks, playgrounds, shops, cafes etc. Very ideal sya for those with kids.. May kamahalan nga lang ng konti because its located in the Eastern suburbs plus its near the cbd....

    Mura po yan, ang inuupahan namen ngaun 250 per week - 2 bedroom lang un tsaka apartment lang un, yan bahay na yan tsaka mukhang bagong gawa. Sulit po yan.
