Masteral Degree from Section 1 school

Hi ask ko lang po if mas ok pag tapos ng masteral degree dito sa philippines from section 1 school?

Maccredit ba sa Australia na school achievement un or dapat sa Au nlng magaral?

    Wala pong additional points kung nagtapos kayo ng masteral :) Same points lang siya ng Bachelor's Degree...

    Doctorate lang ang may extra points kaya (personally speaking) mas praktikal kung sa Australia ka na lang magmasters hehe

    Actually ung hubby ko nagmmasters eh. Ngstop lang sya. Pingiisipan pa nmin if itutuloy nya kc 24 units nlng.

    @faye - tama po si @Loki, in terms of visa lodging wala pong additional points ang Masteral degree, same lang ng Bachelor degree..

    i completed by MS sa section 1 school sa pinas.. and wla mang advantage sa application, eh sinama ko pa rin sa skills assessment.. and nakalagay sa result na both BS and MS degrees are equivalent sa Australian qualifications..

    kung kaya pa.. (considering time/effort/money) i would suggest na tapusin na sayang naman..

    @faye - wala pa ako sa AU.. kaya hindi ko pa masasagot yan..hehe..

    but i have worked in several multinational companies in other countries and now in US.. and i can say na they have acknowledged my MS degree from Pinas.. they offered me a better job grade/salary compared sa mga BS degree grads..

    @faye, walang bearing kung saang school ka nag-masters sa Pinas in terms of employment in Australia. Work experience talaga at tamang accreditation ng alam mo ang malaking factor sa paghahanap ng trabaho.

    But just so you know yung usual UP, Ateneo, La Salle lang ang kilala ng Aussie companies...minsan nga hindi pa nila alam mga yun e hehehe

    Honestly walang bearing ang school sa paghanap ng work dito sa australia.

    employers are not interested in your overseas educational qualification. What most important is how you present your work experience in your resume and how to sell yourself during the interview.

    one hella' skilled visa grantee. Happily ended up as an ICT gov't employee where SKILLS Australia is just one desk away!
