    @iameidref sir BPO related occupations are partly exclusive to the Philippines and India at kung yun po inonominate niyo para sa Australian visa mahihirapan kayo.

    Although....I have read companies like Accenture have offices in Australia and are taking in Pinoys for their new offices there...check niyo po kung may Aussie office yung company niyo mas posible po magpa-sponsor sa ganung paraan :)

    Just to share to be competitive even in the Philippines, keep on studying dont just rely on your daily work/task. Browse job openings and look all the requirements and if theres something you don't know Google is your friend to learn.

    thats what i do kaya nakatyempo ako ng work dito. dont stop research and what are better strategies to get a good job and better salary noon nag rerent pa ako sa internet cafe. cheers

    sa geelong daming industrial plant dun im not sure what state yun. pero mag research ka pa ng husto. Sa ACT panay government offices dito. pero try mo pa rin basta tyaga ka sa pag search sa google. cheers

    I think in my knowledge dipende sa specialty nyo o work experience as civil engineer. Basta apply lang kayo ng apply sa alam nyo na qualified kayo kung anu ang duties and responsibility. i search nyo job site ng australia. much better kung bago kayo pumunta sa australia. naka pag padala na kayo ng CV nyo or nag saign up na kayo sa mga job site. goodluck. cheers

    an australian company recently was in contact with me and would want me to come over and work for them. and they want it in the soonest possible time.

    i already took the IELTS at the British Council recently. waiting for the results.

    Occupation: Surveyor - ANZSCO 232212

    Age: 33

    School/Education: UP Diliman - Section 1 in the accredited schools list
    (PRC Board Passer - i do not know if this matters)

    Work Experience: almost 3 years - GIS Analyst (Philippines),
    now - almost 4 years Land Surveyor (Singapore)

    Questions:

    Temporary Business (Long Stay) Visa - 457 -- is this what i need to get, right?
    IELTS score i need - 6.0 -- as what i've read in immi.gov.au (should actually just be 5.0)
    but the SOL (SSSI) requirements supersedes it with an IELTS 6.0 -- tama po ba?

    and one more thing, how much would it cost to hire an immigration agent for this kind of visa? sa pinas po sana. kasi ang mahal sa singapore eh.

    Puede naman kahit ikaw ang mag lodge ng 457 visa. sundin mo lang ang requirements pati medical ayun fill up mo na ang visa 457 form then lodge online... yung employer mo ang magbabayad ng fees kasi sila ang sponsor mo. after 3 to 5 weeks nandyan na ang visa mo good luck mate...

    wala kasing time.. yung ielts ko lang nga eh.. takas pa yun. iba kasi kultura sa singapore. work til you die ang mantra dito (lalo na nasa construction industry pa naman ako).. pero hinde ko alam yung sa fees na yun ah. salamat sa info.
