in close proximity to shopping centres:
Northland shopping centre - 10 minutes via bus
Summerhill shopping centre - walking distance, slightly smaller than Northland but it has everything in one place (Aldi, Coles, Kmart etc.)
very accessible to public transport:
bus stop and tram stop is just a few meters away from the house
tram to city approx. 40 mins.
LA TROBE university is just 5 tram stops away approx. 5-8 mins travel time
near preston market (one of the cheapest wet markets in all of melbourne -TIPID TO THE MAX lalo na kung marunong ka magluto!
10 mins. travel time (tram+bus)
generally lower cost of living kasi nasa suburb as compared to living in the city
you will be sharing the house with 1 couple and 1 single
We also prefer students, pero kung hindi ok lang din.
