Need some advice regarding VISA

Hi All,

Need ko naman ng advise. Nagwowork ako in the IT industry and already working in Singapore for 1+ year and yung previous employer ko sa Pinas ay inoofferan ako ng relocation to Au. Ang problem ko lang is yung visa. Sabi kasi nila 456 daw ia-apply sa akin and pagdating dun 457 (Business visa). Risky ba to kasi 456 sabi dapat di magta-trabaho? I also saw another visa for migrant worker so I'm confused. Thanks sa lahat ng mag aadvise.

Ito po yung sa 456 visa:

The main purpose of this visa is to allow you to conduct business in Australia.

If you are granted this visa, you can:

attend to business activities in Australia including conferences, business negotiations or exploratory business visits
be allowed to engage in limited work, if for example it is highly specialised and non-ongoing
enter Australia once or on multiple occasions during the visa validity period
stay in Australia for up to three months from the date of each entry

--Yung visa po na yun is for 3 months only. saka why not go straight agad yung employer mo to a 457 visa? Halos lahat po kasi ng mga employee sponsored visas dito ang binibigay na visa ia 457 not 456.

yeah scary ata in my opinion. they should be applying you a 457 visa directly na. parang may pagaalinlangan ata ung employer mo kung 456 visa muna. anu daw ba reason bakit 456 daw iaapply sa una? -aolee

Salamat po @k_mavs and @Admin sa payo. Tinanong ko din yung dahilan pero wala pa akong reply pero yun nga rin po yung naisip ko why 456 kesa 457. Ang problema ko kasi sa inaalok nila is paano kung di ako maaprobahan pagkatapos nung 456 edi balek pinas and kung 456 naman, pag-pasok ko baka ang dating ay masisinungaling ako eh sigurad naman na trabaho na gagawin ko din.
