    Sa st. Lukes bgc ako... Feeling soxal! Haha!!! Ang ganda dun.. T_T mabilis din mag-upload after 3-5 days.. Mabilis lang din ang mga procedures, nataon lang ako nun na naipon ang mga patient dahil sa long weekend. Hehe

    @mirasa not yet =) magcleansing muna ako para walang problem sa medical hehehe gather ko muna medical records and request a letter to my doctor re my health condition (fatty liver) and yung baby book ng mga kids. But we will definitely do it within the month. Let me know if mabilis lang.

    Re vaccination ng kids, kailangan pa ba kumuha sa pedia namin ng certificate of vaccination?

    Ito lang ang nakalagay sa SLEC na gagawin.
    Also St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic does not accept cheque or credit card payments. Fees must be paid in Philippine Pesos.

    Buti nabasa ko ito, planning to pay via credit card pa naman sana.

    @andylhen I think 15 years old and above - Php4,200.00. Parang typo error kasi yung 3700 since for 10-14 yrs old price na rin sya.

    Just had my medical earlier at St. Lukes.

    Chest Xray, Urinalysis, Blood Test (for HIV) and Physical exam lang.

    Physical exam includes review of medical history, hands/fingers/throat/mouth/eye/breathing/stomach/back checks.

    Basically remove clothes except under garments, NO bend over + cough + salat combo and NO stool sample.

    Try to be at St. Lukes around 7-7:30 AM and prepare to spend half a day to complete the whole thing.

    Payment is 4250PHP cash. Not sure if card is accepted. Medical card usually not accepted.

    Clinic is at 10th flr of the Medical Arts Building.
