Hi,
Sino po naka try magpa assess sa tra under this occupation? Just want to get some tips and advice. Kung papano gawin. Naka lagay kasi vocational but degree holder po ako.

Please share your experience. Salamat.

    Me too, I need to be assessed by TRA for ICT customer support.
    Equivalent to diploma ata to in Australia.
    Correct me po if I'm wrong, so kahit bachelor's degree ka, pag ICT customer support, equivalent to diploma pa din. 10 points lang makukuha natin noh?
    Sino po ung naka try na share naman ng ideas :)

    Reply to @alexamae: Hi po mam, ask ko lang kung nakapag apply na po kayo ng assessment sa TRA, kasi same din sa application ko as Telecom Technician, sa form eh vocational but ECE grad po ako, same din ng kay isyut. Thank you po.

    hello po =) samin din ng hubby ko nung nagpa free assesment kami sa agent ICT Curtomer support din ang sinabi samin, pero confusing yung assesment body kasi if sa ACT ang skill assesment is sa ACS, pero if sa WA naman TRA ang nakalagay =( meron na po ba sa inyo nagtry na? thank you =)

    Hi po! Noob pa lang po me dito sa forum pero very helpful talaga. I'm trying to fillup my the TRA Application form but I'm a little confused. I'm also applying for 313112 ICT CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER for subclass 190. Yan po yung binigay na advised sa kin ng nag assess na agent. Masyadong malaki yung fee nila kaya nag decide na lang ako na lang maglakad ng mga papers. Can someone help me on how to answer PART 4 - YOUR RELEVANT VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION DETAILS? Graduate po me ng Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Sana po may makasagot ng tanong ko para po makapagstart na po me. Maraming Salamat!

    I have Associate Degree in Computer Technology and BS Commerce with 11 years Technical Support Officer ( both PH and SG experience) - ano po yung chances na maapprove yung skills assessment sa TRA?

    @pebzbuan most likely maapprove as long as yung job description mo is very much the same or closely related tlga based sa anzsco description ng nominated occupation mo. i advise basahin mo paulit ulit yung tra guidelines (mahaba pero worth it:) ) pwede mo naman i customize yung detailed cert of employment mo as long as you're sure na ganun yung ginagawa mo and your hr/manager can sign it.

    Hello po...kumukuha po kasi kami ng salary certificate..kanino po namin pwede i aaddress namin ung letter? Hindi po kasi tinatanggap sa HR namin ung "to whom it may concern"
