Job hunting while visiting AU

To those living and working in AU. I would like to know your opinion about finding a job in AU while on a Tourist Visa. Is it possible to acquire a working visa in this case? This maybe a stupid question to ask but I hope someone would reply. Thanks for your time reading this.

Medyo nahihirapan rin ang mga with Permanent and temporary work visa na makahanap ng working, for sure mas mahirap kapag tourist. unless siguro may something special sa skills/qualifications mo na kelangan nila
