@Krisian Payo lang bro, stick with just career episodes, use the time na gagamitin mo sana sa pagsulat dun sa 4th sa pag polish ng 3 career episodes mo because EA can be really meticulous sa pag assess. Matatantya mo naman kung alin ang best submit without writing them yet kasi ikaw naman ang may first hand experience nung isusulat mo. Kapag nagupload ka, three lang talaga ang slots para sa career episode. All the best!

@Krisian my suggestion lang, if you really want to include your 4 roles, combine na lng ung 2 roles. Sa akin, nakaapat ako na position/roles pero hindi ko sinali ung first kasi di masyadong mabigat ang responsibilities ko parang pang technologist lng. I was aiming for professional engr kasi.

Thanks Thanks @jiomariano and @rosch, I revised na po my CEs and combined yung 2 roles, another question lang po, if exceeded po sa 1000 words yung personal engineering activity, mare-reject po kaya yung CE ko?

Hello.. I had my ACS assessment last year. From 12 years of experience they only credited 7 years pero mali ang pagkakabasa ko. Good thing na-flag kaagad ng kaibigan ko bago ako nag-EOI. Lumabas 3 years lang ang credited sa experience ko and I paid a huged price. Mga 700aud kasi nag-appeal pa ako

That's why I decided to went through the EA process. Dito naging maingat ako. Kumpleto ko muna lahat ng documents. Yung 3CE ko pinakita ko yung entry level, mid-level saka seniority. I got my result last May 4. Positive outcome. No deduction.

sir/mam, ask lang po, need ko ba icomply lahat ng nasa list below for CPD. yung worry ko kasi wala po management trainings...

Specific requirements

For all practitioners, of the 150 hours:

at least 50 hours must relate to your area(s) of practice
at least 10 hours must cover risk management
at least 15 hours must address business and management skills
the remainder must cover a range of activities relevant to your career and interests.

Para po sa nasa telecom industry. I'm in the process of doing CDR palang ako. Sakali ang pinili ko na skill ay ANZSCO 263311: Telecommunications Engineer pero yung assessment ng EA sa akin ay Engineering Associate or Engineering Technologist, posible kaya mangyari to or magpapalit ako ng skill nomination?

guys, anyone here na naging under a manpower company or naging outsourced employee?

I was hired by a Telco company in Kuwait, then sila na mismo nag-assign ng manpower company para sa sponsorship ng visa ko. This means na outsourced employee ako at ndi nagwowork directly under that telco company. Kaya nung nanghingi ako ng CoE/Job Description kay telco company, ni-redirect ako kay manpower. But then, generic CoE lang ang binigay sakin ni manpower. So ang ginawa ko eh dun ako sa previous telco co. supervisor ako nanghingi ng Job Description (which he provided naman with official letterhead).

Do you think EA will honor this? 2 different sources ng docs ko? Naka-indicate naman dun sa CoE from manpower na I worked for that specific telco co.

Though medyo late na ung inquiry ko kasi nakapagsubmit nko ng assessment kay EA, waiting lang ng outcome. Gusto ko lang maiready if ever manghingi ng additional supporting docs.

Hi. Ask ko lng po ano ma suggest nyo. Ito po kc scores ko. LWRS 8/5.5/6/8.5 mag re-take po ako o mag pa recheck ng writing para makapasok ng 6 ung score ko. Then pwede na ko makapag pasa ng assessment. Thank you po. All advices will be really appreciated.

@engr.len 12 weeks or more ang hihintayin kapag nagparemark, wala din guarantee ng increase ng score and may bayad yun, though may refund kapag may nagbago sa score mo. If you have the time, go for it para no regrets. Pero if nagmamadali ka, retake na lang

may mga tanong lang po ako.. wala naman po ba issue kung yung degree mo ECE pero yung nasa career episodes mo solely sa Telecom industry lang?

yung OJT po ba considered sa years ng working experience?

pwede po ba na instead na Electronics engineer yung ipa credit na profession, Telecomm Engineer instead?
