Im a registered architect in the Phils. Is it better to be assessed by VETASSE Or AACA?

I ask this question because Instead of applying for the position of an ARCHITECT ( Listed in SOL) its better to apply for BUILDING ASSOCIATE only( Listed also) .I've heard that AACA assess foreign architect more complicated than VETASSE. AACA considered Architectural standard in the Phils like a vocational course only in Australia so the chance of passing is less if I will be assessed as an ARCHITECT. I just want to know if this matter is true . Hope anyone could help.
