Ang pagkakaalala ko sa sinabi sa CFO PDOS (others may correct me if I'm wrong), on your first time going to Australia as a PR, mag-babayad ka ng travel tax ONCE. Pero pag nagbakasyon ka sa Philippines, dun sa next na entry mo sa Australia, you don't need to pay the travel tax again. Yun nga lang, you have to show them the receipt as proof that you already paid before.

nakalagay dun sa list of exemptions ng TIEZA yun na Filipinos who are permanent residents of foreign country who stayed in the Philippines for less than a certain period etc etc.. so it means we are still required to pay travel tax.. pagbalik at nagbakasyon, dun nalang ma exempt..

Will be home for a short vacation and afaik, PRs are exempted from travel tax if stay in the Phils. is less than a year. Is it possible to process and get the refund on the day of the flight? Thanks.
