IMMI thought document submitted is bogus

Has anyone experienced this? We were issued PIC 4020 which states that we have submitted a bogus document. It is the baptismal certificate we submitted. What we did is we submitted a reissue from the parish. It has been 3 months since we submitted the document but still no feedback up to this day.

We booked a flight on April and a little over a month to go.
