One room available in a unit in Robinson St. Hawthorn. Riversdale and Glenferrie Roads at the end of the street (tram stop 70/75). Easy access to Glenferrie, Auburn, Kooyong and Camberwell stations.

The unit is furnished with fridge, gas stove and oven, couch, dining table and microwave. You need to provide your own bed and mattress for the room, but it has BIR, a desk (if you prefer to have it), coil heater and a fan.

I am a professional female working as a test analyst in Moonee Ponds. I am looking for a flatmate who's responsible and clean, easy to get along with, respectful, no party people please and can pay the rent on time.
