watch border security... it's your choice though.

There is no show money for a tourist visa from what I know, The chances of getting a tourist visa depends on case officer .

    From experience

1 sister got a 15k PHP in her bank account visa got approved

Another sister no Money in bank account and No work visa got approved

both them have our letter of guarantee ...

meron ditong nag post nag they needed to deposit like 50-100K PHP go get approved so its a case to case basis, yes from what I know kung paano i aasees ng case officer yung application mo

if you want to be sure put a little amount perhaps ( 30-50K on your bank account )

I am assuming also that the guarantee letter will come from your BF, then tell him to put it in a STATUTORY DECLARATION and signed it in front of a Justice of Peace ( he's suppose to know this )

My mom and my 3 younger siblings just got their visa... Photo finish! :) I will get to see them after just a year after we left Manila.

They submitted the usual requirements; on my side naman, I just submitted a statutory declaration that they will be staying with me during the whole duration of their 3wk vacation. The statutory declaration was signed by my wife as she is a member of CPA Australia naman.

Excited!! :) I will drive them to the Great Ocean Road... :)

@TasBurrfoot hi Sir! Mind if I ask for a copy of your stat declaration? I plan to create 2 stat dec: one that he will support me while i'm in australia, the other one is that he will ensure that I will comply all the rules/policies in my tourist visa..

    Thanks!
I didn't keep a copy - stat declaration is free format naman depending on what you want to place there...

    All the best! :)

Hi, help naman po. My husband is a PR and 4 months palang sya sa AU. magstart palang sya magwork by june.

@muffles127 and @JCsantos thanks sa input. 4 months palang kasi si husband sa AU tapos ito yung statement for sponsor kailangan more than two years? Ang purpose talaga kasi namin is magtourist ako for 3 months then magapply onshore ng partner visa kasi hirap magkalayo.

    A sponsor must:

be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
be older than 18 years of age
have been settled in Australia for a reasonable period (usually more than two years).

Your Husband is not sponsoring you he is merely INVITING you :)

If I can invite my IN-LAWS when i was 6 months here in AU then your husband can certainly invite you

@cookie_07 yes invitation letter hihingan ka nun yung sa chances ng no further stay eh i think depende sa case officer and situation mo. Dati when I applied for tourist visa meron akong no further stay condition eh though feeling ko kse nung time na yun eh i don't have work so yun :)
