We are looking for a female flatmate with a permanent job who will share an apartment with an easy going, bubbly, friendly and helpful professional couple.

Applicant must be CLEAN and TIDY, not smoking and no pet. We are looking for reliable person with a steady income who will pay their rent on time. Our apartment is beautiful, bright and quiet located at Miranda which is very convenient to everything.

- Westfield Miranda Shopping Centre (3-5 min walk)
- Supermarket (2 mins walk), - Coles, Aldi, Woolies
- Chemist/Pharmacist, Miranda Medical Centre, Sutherland Hospital
- Miranda Train Station, Buses or Taxi
- Loads off street parking.
- Close to the gym
- Our area is 30 minutes away from the City (fast train)
- Our apartment is also opposite the park
- Close to CRONULLA BEACH (10 minutes train ride)

In your room you have

- bed (double size) with pillows and blanket

- TV and DVD player
- HIGH SPEED WIFI included (UNLIMITED)
